民宿主理人待客熱情周到，民宿位置優越，就在麓山南路且離地鐵步行可至的距離，周邊無數美食檔口及商業設施，極為方便。去嶽麓山南門爬山、湘江江灘看夜景都很方便。民宿本身乾淨衞生，乾濕分離很贊，露台上大分。

大學城附近，離阜埠河地鐵站大概700米，還算是方便的，周圍美食很多，路口就有個漁灣碼頭商業廣場。院子裏有個泳池，小朋友玩的很開心，老闆是個年輕小夥，很熱情，服務不錯。有免費的歡迎飲品，口味不錯。礦泉水老闆在冰箱放了很多，説可以隨便免費自取，夏天喝冰水，很nice。老闆自營的餐廳生意很火爆，大學城附近很好的西餐了，一樓院子佈置很適合打卡拍照。

還沒入住已經被老闆的熱情感染，老闆幫忙停車，提行李，介紹民宿各處，又詳細介紹了房間內各種設施，以及周圍出行攻略（步行到湖南大學東方紅廣場非常近）。房間非常大，乾淨温馨，全屋智能，有卧室間、休息客廳間、洗漱間，小朋友非常喜歡。老闆自製的化粧品不錯，推薦使用。非常非常滿意的住宿！（忘了拍圖片了，民宿宣傳圖所見即所得！）

房間乾淨整潔，床很矮，小孩單獨睡也不怕掉下來，院子小而美，是網紅打卡地，很多漂亮小姐姐來拍照。到嶽麓書院步行方便，對面湖南大學，小吃豐富。老闆很温和，自製的洗面奶好用

樓下餐廳環境挺好的，年輕人喜歡的菜品較多，打卡拍照很出片。房間設施還行，但是隔音效果一般般，總體來説還是不錯的
