絕對的驚喜，超出了預期！
還沒有入住酒店，就接到了酒店賀女士的電話，詢問對房間有什麼偏好習慣，並主動升級到行政大床房，等進了房間，從樓層到朝向，簡直啦！！這才是真正五星級的超級服務，非常人性化！
看我洗了一堆衣服，主動拿來了移動晾衣架，幫我一一掛好，海給我沖泡了一杯菊花枸杞茶，等我回到房間，瞬間被驚呆了，，，，
你能想象嗎？在這個炎熱和浮躁的時代，能得到這麼貼心是照顧，這是我五年來住了這麼多五星酒店，，第一次感受到這麼人性化的服務，關鍵還是在景區啊？

超級滿意！臨時預訂的房間，晚上九點才去銅官窯，張管家看見我們要走路去，立馬説要送我們去，還接我們，服務特別好特別棒！
服務：真的很棒，很難見到服務出眾的五星了。
衞生：乾淨。
環境：上午去遊了泳，水也乾淨，換衣間也乾淨衞生。
再次感謝張開一管家！！！服務超級好！第二天下很大雨，也安排了車來接我們！！！棒極了！！！下次還來！！！
