前台飲水小吃非常棒！服務也特別好，有專門小童用品。唯一不滿意的是發現兩個大蟑螂，殺蟲劑打過以後留下的屍體

我們訂的是高級雙床吧 攜程上的圖片和房間沒啥關係 房間太小了 不像有30平 和別的酒店差距還是挺大的 這個30平 具體的就和我圖上發的一樣 然後第二天0個人來解決這件事 然後入住的時候房間裏面沒有一次性拖鞋 但是後來聯繫前台給補上了 然後第二天回來的比較晚 因為行程有點滿 後來申請了延遲退房 前台也給延遲了 不滿意的就是房型太小了 而且完全沒有陽光 這一點在攜程上也沒寫清楚 衹寫了個窗户較小 窗户外面就是牆 打得開但打開沒啥作用 反正這個房間挺不滿意的

這家酒店離長沙站挺近，有免費接送服務，不過到的比較晚沒有體驗到。第二天送去的錦泰廣場站地鐵站，很贊。酒店有免費洗衣服務，前台服務熱情周到細心。提供一日三餐，免費早中晚，簡餐不過很好。酒店房間電視有開通VIP，看電視劇很爽。掃毒風暴沒有耽誤追劇。房間還提供內衣洗衣液，這點真是很走心。房間除了提供陶瓷杯飲水壞，還有一次性杯子提供，也是用心了。很贊👍的酒店，必須強烈推薦。另外，前台確實有烤紅薯送吃，細細的紅薯，好吃。值得再次入住！👍👍👍👍
