Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, waited for us to arrived at the hotel around midnight. The room was cozy with a nice balcony to have fresh air and chitchat. Changed towel daily, amenities in the room, don’t need to ask to be sent. Location is very convenient near subway station and tourist area.

cute location, but it didn’t really feel that clean, there was also a slight smoke smell. there was also a squat toilet that we didn’t notice during booking!

Location is amazing for our 2D1N stay in Changsha. The area really comes alive at night and there’s so much yummy food, bars and nice photo spots and live music in the area!
The room was clean, aircon is strong. Water takes a short while to get hot but it does get really hot and you can have a hot shower :-)
The front desk area and common area where we got to keep our luggages whilst exploring (thank you!) were a bit messy and floor was dirty but maybe because it has been raining. Ignorable if you go straight to your room :-)
Receptionist will share nearby food recommendations to your WeChat which was very helpful!
Despite live music around the inn, it isn’t noisy and has a peaceful vibe.
I recommend this inn for someone who wants to feel like they’re living in Spirited Away 😊

Generally, alll the washrooms including in both the lounges and the guests' rooms are very dirty and smell like urine. The lounges are provided for smoking people only, and it seems like the microwave hasn't got cleaned for a long time. The stains and food particles spread up everywhere inside and outside the microwave. Also, The property is very dusty and dirty stains everywhere almost all over the surfaces in the lounges. Maintaining of the hygiene of this property is the priority thing needs to be done and paid full attention.

Overall, the condition of the room is acceptable for its price. The location is great and accessible. As for the service, the staff were friendly and introduced us to many food places. Also, cute dog!
