This hotel is highly recommended in Changsha. The facilities, scenery, atmosphere, and service are all of high quality. There are shopping centers and convenient transportation nearby. I especially want to praise Lynn. She called me one day in advance to inquire about my preferences. She also arranged the room in advance when I arrived early. 設施：
房間乾淨衞生，明亮寬敞，缺點是衞生間的設計有一些問題，淋浴間容易漏水到洗手枱，乾濕分離得有點問題。
衞生：
挺乾淨的沒感覺到有任何不舒服的地方
服務：
這個真要好好誇一下，前台的Serein不但提供的房間升級並且贈送了一次早餐自助，雖然沒有享用，但是也可以看出來她確實是為客人找想的。
總的來説，房間上有一些小小的不滿意，但是服務確實超出了預期，單看Serein的服務品質肯定是不輸四季的。總的來説性價比很高。

第二次出差住這家酒店了,酒店工作人員都很熱心親切,提前打電話詢問了我的需求,前台辦完入住後禮賓James非常迅速的接過了我的行李,一路送我去了電梯給我介紹了隔壁商場,服務很周到!
