The location was very convenient for both metro and mainline high speed rail. The staff went to a lot of trouble to help me sort out problems on my Chinese phone apps. I do have one suggestion for improvement : sort out the drainage problem in the shower cubicle so that the bathroom doesn't get unnecessarily wet. The breakfast room was very tastefully decorated.

設施：應有盡有，很不錯，床很舒服，1米35足夠帶娃了
衞生：很乾凈，新酒店就是好
環境：門口就是出站口，方便，早上可以提前辦理入住，對我們很友好，酒店對面就是地鐵口，長者還能免費地鐵，快沖
服務：八號前台服務很好，提前安排了很多服務，為她點贊，父母很滿意，新增了下午茶，很精緻，入住還能免費！

酒店環境很不錯，一樓大堂很大，有很多綠植，大廳的香薰很好聞，前台接待6號管家很熱情，酒店設備齊全有健身房洗衣房，還有休息的書吧！刷個房卡就可以進去使用，房間也很乾凈整潔，門口有地鐵去景區非常方便，環境優美，特別推薦這家酒店，性價比很高，

去張家界玩，來回兩次都住在這裏，交通非常方便，房子也乾淨。回來這次還正好碰到了免費的下午茶，長沙的小食挺好吃的～就是回來這次的房間估計是吸煙房，以為通風能散去，沒想到味道一直在，應該提前換房的。

位置特別好，出了站就是，門口就是地鐵，出行很方便。各項設施都比較新，早餐也很豐盛，是本次旅行中價格最低，卻是體驗感最好的酒店，完全超出預期
