環境還可以 ，服務也很熱情，每次來長沙都喜歡住在這裏，還送了冰激凌，早餐品種比較豐富，下次來還會繼續住在這裏

挺滿意的，五星級的基本到位，前台美女都很贊。就是我明明亮了免打擾的燈，居然還是有服務員進房間打掃了衞生，這個不滿意。早餐種類多，看個人口味吧

長城賓館真系超正！前台姐姐好熱情，入住好快。間房乾淨企理，床好舒服，睇出去景色仲正。早餐品種多，味道好正，特別系粵式點心好地道。位置都好方便，行去地鐵站好近。服務周到，有求必應，下次過嚟一定再住呢度，強烈推薦！

訂了兩間四晚，床很舒服，服務人員也很細緻，停車場方便，位置好，附近幾百米有商場，去黃興步行街打車幾塊錢，14:00退房，非常方便，特別是服務值得表揚，辦理入住很快，退房也很方便，入住前就收到酒店經理電話詢問喜好之類的，有特殊安排都可以及時處理安排好，值得信賴。客服王阿姨人特別好

房間很乾凈、很舒服，工作人員很好🥰🥰特別表揚下顏紅經理，小孩子半夜不舒服，她全程陪同，很貼心的服務🌺🌺🌺還有唐婉經理，很負責，幫我們解決了很多問題。。。很推薦這家酒店
