地理位置優越，距離湖南大學地鐵站步行幾分鐘，在湖南大學南校區，離嶽麓山景區步行幾分鐘。3樓房間很安靜，房間衞生乾淨，有一次性馬桶墊和洗漱用品。床比較大，衞生間不是透視的 ，這點非常喜歡家庭公務出差都很適合。
