房間空間很大，樓下是步行街。轉彎有茶顏悦色，算飲食比較多，娃來打球選擇了這家離打球點比較近可以走路回過去！衞生環境可以😌

我敢説這家酒店前台幾乎沒有經過系統培訓。
那天辦入住，因為天氣熱晚上要出去吃飯不想空調斷電，問前台（男的）多給一張電卡，男的直接説沒有，並強調是一房一卡制，做寶搞哦，當別個冒住過酒店，你可以説客多，今天卡緊張不夠用。我多次詢問，他堅持説沒有，表情嚴肅。這是酒店前台該有的服務和話術嗎？來望城住酒店也有十來次了吧，第一次遇到這種菜鳥，隔壁的歡漫服務明顯要好多了🙁拉黑莫林

靠步行街近離銅官窯，大概十分鐘，周邊有斑馬湖，正榮財富中心等娛樂設施，阮唐環境優美，有輕音樂，一進來了夏天空調非常舒服，老顧客，然後經常來這邊出差，下次還會選擇住這間酒店前台小姐姐，服務不錯，客房衞生乾淨

酒店的服務人員也都非常nice，服務熱情周到，辦理入住的時候剛好是本店店長幫忙辦理的，人美心善，非常貼心的小姐姐，現在入住還送了半手禮。酒店秉承以客為尊的服務理念，從個人入住後的各個動向和需求考慮服務。的細緻性，如提供禮賓服務，協助賓客接送行李，還主動贈送了拖鞋牙刷等小童友好好物，還有更多細緻。入味的貼心服務貼，免費衣物送洗等，通過點點細節贏得了顧客的一致好評。房間設施齊全，衞生乾淨，床鋪舒適，整體入住體驗非常温馨，讓人有家的感覺，而且還有免費健身房和洗衣房等等，客房阿姨也是非常熱情。
