I am a more fair evaluation, 190 price environment is okay, very large space, toilet is dry and wet separation, and sofa and table convenient office and eating very convenient, bed is particularly soft usually sleep hard bed used to, lighting those are okay, did not buy breakfast vouchers do not know how breakfast does not give evaluation. It was a little itchy when sleeping at night. After sleeping for a while, I found a bug out of the bed. I don't know what happened. The shower is also only a small shower can be used, a large shower as shown in the picture. The hotel shows a 12pm check-out which I can understand, other hotels can even extend check-out until 1pm or even 2pm. But the next morning at 9 o'clock or 10 o'clock, my aunt came directly to the room and knocked on the door. I woke up not long ago and then my aunt walked in directly. I asked what was going on and she said the front desk said your room is now check-out. I didn't notify the front desk at all. I was a little confused, I guess the front desk and aunt docked wrong bar said the wrong room number, I also just checked out at around 11:50. First time to stay the environment those overall okay only this point is not very comfortable.

Behind the hotel is a large construction site, and the windows can't be closed. I can say that it is too new and nothing is perfect. Trip.com All rights and interests are not recognized, breakfast, room upgrade, late check-out, fruit snacks are not available, I feel that if it is not Huazhu, I can't live there. The problem is that the gold member has not set the discount before Trip.com is cheap.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helped us by arranging upgraded rooms on the same floor for our family trip, which made things very convenient for us. There was also a DIY sachet-making activity at the front desk, and the sachets smelled quite nice. The room had a beauty festival mirror, which was very useful. The location is convenient for getting around; it's easy to hail a taxi right outside, and there's a subway station within a 3-5 minute walk. The hotel entrance is a standalone building, making it easy to find. Highly, highly, highly recommend it!

Before heading to Changsha, I had booked a five-star hotel. But then I stumbled upon photos of Yi Jian, and I decisively canceled the other one and booked this place instead. It turned out to be the right decision.
First, the environment: No need to elaborate, this sophisticated and grand decor perfectly aligns with my aesthetic.
Service: After checking in, I added the butler on WeChat. Everything, from check-in instructions to afternoon tea, late-night snacks, and breakfast, was arranged perfectly. Most of the staff are gentle and soft-spoken women, yet they somehow instill a sense of security.
Then there's the photoshoot service, which I have to mention. Before the shoot, my friend even said they'd probably charge extra for all the raw photos. To my surprise, not only were all the raw photos included, but also nine retouched ones. The best part was that the photographer was a lovely girl who shot quickly and skillfully. She thought of everything, from poses to even my hair, and produced amazing shots one after another.

The subway station is also close, making it convenient to get anywhere. The best part, though, is the service; you can place requests via WeChat, and the service is incredibly responsive. Location:
We stayed for 6 nights in the Jade Room, and the location couldn’t be better. The hotel is only a short 3-minute walk from Huangxing Pedestrian Street, tucked inside a small alley off the main road. While taxis can’t drop you right at the entrance, the walk is easy and luggage-friendly. The surroundings are quiet at night but still feel very safe. There’s also a nearby corner shop that holds Taobao parcels, which is super convenient, and the reception staff will guide you if needed.
Service:
The service was genuinely outstanding and truly made the stay feel like a home away from home. Communication was clear, warm, and responsive from the beginning. We confirmed our booking via WeChat and received prompt replies along with helpful directions and a clear map.
We arrived past midnight, but the staff kept in touch and reassured us that someone would meet us on arrival. A friendly young gentleman greeted us with a big smile, brought us to our room, and followed up with the passcodes for Wi-Fi and door access (the lobby area locks after 10pm).
Most evenings, they sent a message about homemade desserts available on a first-come-first-serve basis—such a thoughtful touch. They were also extremely helpful when I needed to order food through *******, letting me use the front desk number since I didn’t have a local phone. I was also able to receive Taobao parcels at the hotel, and the staff neatly gathered them for easy pick-up. Truly attentive and heartfelt service throughout.
Cleanliness & Room:
The room had basic amenities and toiletries, which were sufficient for a comfortable stay. However, we couldn’t find a safe or mini fridge— not a deal breaker, but something to note if you’re expecting those features.
The cleaning team was polite and checked in daily to see if we needed housekeeping. Fresh towels and bottled water were consistently provided, which we appreciated. Still, the overall cleaning could have been more thorough. We noticed crumbs and hair on the floor, suggesting that sweeping or vacuuming wasn’t done completely, and there were some shoe marks left in the bathroom. Not major issues, but worth mentioning.
Overall, it was a lovely stay, and despite the minor cleanliness concerns, we would happily rebook this accommodation on our next trip to Changsha.

服务（Service）：
酒店的服务真的非常贴心，让人有一种“家外之家”的感觉。沟通顺畅、友善且回应快速。我们通过微信确认了预订，酒店很快给了回复，并附上了详细的路线说明和清晰的地图。
我们是在深夜抵达的，但他们一路保持联络，告诉我们随时可以联系工作人员。到达后，一位年轻的小哥满脸笑容地迎接我们，带我们到房间，并马上发送了 Wi-Fi 和门禁的密码（酒店前台与客房通道晚上 10 点后会上锁）。

The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries were of good quality. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with quick responses to all my questions. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options, and the value for money was outstanding. MM645904****I booked the Changsha Gap Hotel for my trip to Changsha this time, and it was definitely worth the experience. The hotel has free 24-hour self-service laundry facilities on the 5th and 6th floors.
The front desk staff provided excellent service, and check-in was very quick. The facilities are comprehensive, the room was clean with no strange odors, and the decor felt very upscale. It has an independent bathroom with separate wet and dry areas. The pillows were a bit soft for my liking, but the hotel also offers buckwheat and latex pillows, which was a nice touch.
Being on a high floor, the river view from the hotel was quite beautiful. I had a great time exploring Changsha; so many places are worth visiting! I went to Orange Isle to see Chairman Mao's statue, ate delicious food at Taiping Old Street, and enjoyed the illuminated Du Fu River Pavilion. I'll definitely come back to Changsha if I get the chance, and I'd happily book this hotel again. It's really good.

DDayong BostonThe hotel's location is superb, with very convenient transportation nearby. The non-smoking room was exceptionally clean, and the absence of any strange smells was reassuring. The Japanese tatami style was simple yet elegant, and the space felt wide and open, not at all cramped. The furnishings were cozy and comfortable, facilities were comprehensive, and the hygiene details were impeccable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay – it's definitely worth choosing!

GGuest UserThe owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room rates are very reasonable, and the place is clean. They even offer airport drop-off service, which is a huge convenience! On my previous visit, my flight was significantly delayed, and I couldn't confirm my exact arrival time. Yet, the owner kindly waited up for me until 3 AM! This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back!
