There are also water slides for adults in the water park, but the area and variety cannot be compared with those in the fishing island.
Hygiene: Clean. The details are cleaned cleanly, and they are not neglected because of the small number of guests. The beach is very good and very clean. Because I played barefoot on the beach, I put my shoes far away, and then went to the public toilet on the beach barefoot. Two cleaning sisters were cleaning at any time. It felt that basically no one had used the toilet, but they cleaned it very seriously.
Environment: Quiet. There are not many people. It’s just the beginning of spring, and it’s still a bit warm and cold, especially in the morning and evening. The main thing is to take the children to pick up shells and dig sand. Leisure is good, and three days have passed in a flash, and I still want more.
Service: Good. The only thing is that the water park does not provide towels, you have to bring them from the room, which is a bit troublesome. I didn't know it the first time, and I had to go back to get them. It was a bit far from the room, so I had to drive. The breakfast was good. GGuest UserIt's my second time to come to this hotel. The last time was when my children were young. This year I brought my children here again. The hotel service staff is very good, especially Miss He Shan. She called us in advance to ask when we would arrive and if we had any requirements for accommodation. Because we were also bringing our elderly with us, they had difficulty walking, so we specifically asked for a room closer to the elevator. After we arrived, we found that our room was upgraded for free, and they also gave our children a small gift. It was really thoughtful. There is also a small train in the park, which is quite convenient to go here and there. Overall, the children had a lot of fun. I will come again next time when I have time.

MMLS755What an amazing place!!! We stayed at the Senzeyuan Hotel which is nicer than the other two hotels in my opinion. Service and cleanliness was excellent and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind. Feng Ting patiently gave us information and quickly responded to any requests we had during our stay. We were very close to the beach and hot spring / water park. There are so many things to do! I went with my daughters and they had a great time. The show and beach party was their favorite! We enjoyed our dinners at the western cafe by the beach. I wish there were more restaurants and things opened but I understand not many people come to the beach in October.
I also want to thank the staff at the hot spring/ water park for being so caring. My daughter had a minor emergency and they were very concerned and even walked us back to our room. We felt very taken care of and will definitely be back!

YYumendelierenWhen checking in, all the staff at the front desk (at least four) were not very kind, not enthusiastic at all, mechanical, and it was obvious that there was a lack of training and disorderly. During the processing process, I asked me to pay a 200 deposit. I said that the food bar in the room was charged. I was afraid that the guests would not pay for it. I decisively refused and clearly told me that I would not eat. The staff at the front desk immediately changed their faces from mechanical processing to ignoring... I just made do with it for one night. What to say, I found out that the room next door was a wedding room. It would be very noisy early the next morning. In order to rest well, I asked for a room change. A staff member who changed the room for me made me feel like a spring breeze. It should be a deputy manager at the front desk (this kind of hotel position can't be so detailed, I have the impression that the badge shows this position), and I didn't have time to ask the name. Not only did I actively solve the problem, but also gave me two breakfasts, and the attitude was very good. To be honest, if it weren't for this staff, I wouldn't have five-star praise. I hope the hotel can praise this staff well.

NNyakudangaThe hotel is very big and suitable for families. We had a great time and also the location is great considering it is just opposite Aranya. However, the rooms we were staying in were so dirty and considering we had a baby, it was almost hazardous for the baby. The floors were dusty and had spider webs between walls and closets. The staff were friendly though and very helpful, I have sent a picture of the name of one who helped us.
