1. People were openly smoking in the hotel lobby and the elevator room on the room floor, and no one stopped them.
2. The entire hotel building had a power outage during the peak check-out time at noon. We walked down the stairs on the 9th floor to check out, and the underground parking lot was pitch black.
3. The front desk was quite rigid. It was already early in the morning when we checked in. Another family of four who checked in at the same time asked if they could check out a little later. The front desk replied that the system would automatically deduct the money at 12 o'clock.

Great experience, since it just opened everything is new and super clean. The bathroom is large, well designed, and has a full range of toiletries. The bed was very comfortable.
Then comes the service! ! I was just telling my friends here that this is really worth the money. The first is that you can move freely in the Anaya community, and then you can call the front desk and a small shuttle bus will come to pick you up. Although it is in Phase 9, it is very close to restaurants such as Sugu and Xiaomai Sui, and can be reached in less than 5 minutes.

GGuest UserThe room has a very high standard of hygiene, the design is simple and bright, the housekeeper service is considerate and enthusiastic, the hotel environment is very quiet, you can see the sea while lying on the bed, the location is excellent, and it is convenient to go out for meals. You can walk to many popular restaurants in five or six minutes. The price is affordable and the food is delicious. The housekeeper can drive the sightseeing car to pick up guests at any time to go wherever they want to go. Living here is very stress-relieving

GGuest UserThe room is beautiful, facing the sea. You can lie in the room and watch the sunrise. It is very suitable for vacation. The only drawback is that it is cold at night in this season. After communicating with the housekeeper, I found out that the air conditioner does not heat. You need to turn off the room temperature to increase it. After turning it off, the room can reach normal temperature.
The hotel service is first-class. The housekeeper and hotel staff are very considerate. The shuttle bus is available on call. You can pick up and drop off at any location in the park. It is especially suitable for people with elderly people who are inconvenient to walk. The housekeeper provides food recommendations in the park.
The hotel breakfast has few choices, but the combination is reasonable and the taste is also satisfactory. The restaurant can also see the sea. It is quiet and comfortable

AAnnie BongalbalThe Fisher Island resort hotel is quite good. However, we encountered some problems that needed attention to improve their services. First, there was a receptionist at the first station. He was rude in giving instructions to the taxi driver. Second, the room was not so clean. The carpet is not tidy and the room smells cigarette. In general, Fisher Island Resort Hotel has good amenities. Good for the children who like playgrounds and activities. Swimming pools are plenty for young and old to enjoy. But they need to be careful because it's so slippery. This hotel.has a lot of activities to do. I will recommend this to the whole family.

MMLS755What an amazing place!!! We stayed at the Senzeyuan Hotel which is nicer than the other two hotels in my opinion. Service and cleanliness was excellent and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind. Feng Ting patiently gave us information and quickly responded to any requests we had during our stay. We were very close to the beach and hot spring / water park. There are so many things to do! I went with my daughters and they had a great time. The show and beach party was their favorite! We enjoyed our dinners at the western cafe by the beach. I wish there were more restaurants and things opened but I understand not many people come to the beach in October.
I also want to thank the staff at the hot spring/ water park for being so caring. My daughter had a minor emergency and they were very concerned and even walked us back to our room. We felt very taken care of and will definitely be back!

The hotel room is very clean, the view outside the window is beautiful, there are many hot spring pools of different sizes, and I didn't get tired of playing for two days. I especially like the outdoor swimming pool, which has beautiful scenery, suitable temperature, and is super comfortable. This time, my sister brought my baby with her. My sister said that the corporate culture of Yudao is good, and the staff are more like family members. They are all very enthusiastic, and even the uncle who sweeps the floor outdoors is very enthusiastic. For example: In the hot spring, I asked a staff member if there was WiFi, and the young man took out his mobile phone and said, ”I'll turn on the hotspot for you, sister.” Oh my god, this is too real, and I feel bad, and he kept guiding the children on how to play in the water safely. I asked the staff again if it was still raining outside? The staff said, ”It's still raining, do you have an umbrella?” I said I didn't, and he immediately stood up and said, ”I'll lend it to you.” In fact, I just asked and didn't want to go out, but the staff's reply was too warm. This time we had a seafood buffet, which was really delicious. We went a little late, and when paying, the girl specifically reminded me, ”Do you want to take a look at the food first?” This detail shows that Fishing Island really satisfies everyone. There is also a young man named Yang Qi, who took us to check in, helped with the luggage, and took us to the room. When I was taking a nap, I found that I left the thermometer outside, so I asked him to help check if it was still there. He found it for me and sent it to the hotel. It was really warm and thoughtful. This trip to Fishing Island was very, very satisfying. There was not only the warmth and relaxation of home, but also beautiful scenery and delicious food to enjoy! YYumendelierenWhen checking in, all the staff at the front desk (at least four) were not very kind, not enthusiastic at all, mechanical, and it was obvious that there was a lack of training and disorderly. During the processing process, I asked me to pay a 200 deposit. I said that the food bar in the room was charged. I was afraid that the guests would not pay for it. I decisively refused and clearly told me that I would not eat. The staff at the front desk immediately changed their faces from mechanical processing to ignoring... I just made do with it for one night. What to say, I found out that the room next door was a wedding room. It would be very noisy early the next morning. In order to rest well, I asked for a room change. A staff member who changed the room for me made me feel like a spring breeze. It should be a deputy manager at the front desk (this kind of hotel position can't be so detailed, I have the impression that the badge shows this position), and I didn't have time to ask the name. Not only did I actively solve the problem, but also gave me two breakfasts, and the attitude was very good. To be honest, if it weren't for this staff, I wouldn't have five-star praise. I hope the hotel can praise this staff well.

But the hotel has very little understanding of privacy of their guests. A hotel personal entered our room without an invite while I was dressing up, another hotel worker took our picture without asking, front desk manager keeps all foreigner passport pictures in her personal phone. Should not hotel provide working phone to its personnels if it’s required to keep personal information from guests on phones?k
Also hotel price does not match the service they are providing. The hotel room surfaces was in dust, and they do not clean after each visitor, we found pair of shoes from previous visitors.
