房間衞生很一般，馬桶沒清理乾淨，水池孩子游完了説屁股疼。送果盤結果沒送，説是忘了！遊樂區亂哄哄，到處排隊人擠人。吃飯很不方便，都是烤腸炸雞等小吃，沒有堂食。早餐自助也很一般，種類不少品質差。
