先説説優點吧，距離海邊很近，步行十分鐘左右就能到達，樓下飯館小吃很多，買東西方便。從樓上能看見海邊，早晨陽光特別足。房間不小，缺點是空調不太足，得等很久才能涼快點。房間有點潮，wifi連不上。
再説説不能忍的缺點。到達酒店附近快晚上9點了，已經很累了，提前加了老闆微信，老闆給了位置和房間密碼。最鬧心的事發生了，進入小區時，門衞告知樓下的免費停車位已經沒有了，需要停到地下停車場，20一天，無所謂了也不貴，但是要停到負2層自己走上來，停車場是沒有電梯直達民宿的。好吧，也忍了。。。停好車大包小包的吭哧吭哧的走到酒店一樓，當時就傻眼了，密密麻麻的人擠在狹小的樓道里等電梯，有的人剛從海邊回來身上還滴着水，人擠人，一股股海鮮的腥氣味直達鼻腔。這個高層好像是31層吧，我們住30層，每一層n多住户，就衹有2部小電梯，想上樓？等吧，沒有20分鐘能上去就怪了。本以為這就很鬧心了，沒想到轉天下樓更鬧心。昨天晚上從1樓坐電梯上樓還有點盼頭，起碼1樓是終點，等等就能上去，從32樓下樓真是下不去啊。。。中層的坐到頂層再下去，到我們這樓層基本都是滿載滿載滿載，真的是要瘋了！能懂嗎？想下樓就是碰運氣！！！要是再拖個行李箱就更費勁了！！！我們3大2小，分3撥下的，等了將近半小時！！！600一晚的民宿就是這種體驗，真的呵呵了，不知道附近的民宿酒店是不是也如此，真是勸退了。

老闆人特別好！凌晨三點給老闆打電話來放行李，由於太晚了前台沒有人但是老闆給我們想了解決辦法👍走的時候老闆還同意我們把行李放在前台。酒店設施也很好，還有陽台，酒店裡有一次性的浴巾和馬桶墊。都是免費的。酒店結合也很優惠！推薦入住

住宿以來最差的一次，本來預訂的房型沒有了，負責人説給升級房間，以為是好事結果一進去空調就壞了空調修好了插座又沒電，又修插座換電閘，換房沒有折騰到晚上18點多實在不行就退房，實在找不到房就湊合一晚，⚡上下樓電梯要等半個小時以上，根本就沒有免費停車場，自己能找到就停找不到就花錢停，整體特別差

不要來，這棟樓分ABC三座，每座32層，每層都是民宿，但是每座衹有兩部電梯，等電梯排隊排到懷疑人生，我們晚上辦入住後再也不敢下來，點的外賣騎手也上不來，第二天早上走的時候走的晚還算幸運排了兩輪，在我們之前的説排了一個多小時，和我們同時進電梯的那家人説排了半小時了！民宿設施陳舊，燈泡還掉落了，差點扎到孩子，好評不知道怎麼來的，樓下全是大排檔，凌晨後也很吵！停車需要自己交停車費，服務幾乎沒有，要無線密碼都不理，這麼貴的這麼差的民宿還是第一次住，再也不回來
