房間格局裝修都不錯，衞生一般，紙品質量太差，衞生間地滑，洗澡沒有地墊，拖鞋有臭味，希望改進。

提前定了房，但是到的當天又發現訂的房降價了，就跟老闆協商退房後在重新訂房，老闆態度特別不好。説退不了，後來跟攜程商量住了當晚退了後面兩天，入住後整體衞生還可以結果衞生間沒給收拾，馬桶全是💩，給老闆發照片，讓人過來給收拾的，保潔人員走了以後又發現沒有廁所紙，還有垃圾袋又要了一次，一個房間還沒有空調，，從來沒有給商家寫過評語，覺得麻煩，但是這個商家真的把人氣到了，孩子都在前台跟商家説能不能不抽煙，老闆説他剛點上，喝了一瓶礦泉水也説房間裏有，不要喝前台的，簡直了

房間非常乾淨，裝修很好，佈置也很温馨，房東特別安排樓王位置，視野也非常好，開車10多分鐘就能到黃金海岸，小區裏也很安靜，早晚遛彎也很舒服，適合家庭出遊。還配備了簡單的餐具和消毒櫃，早飯自己做也沒有問題。民宿最大的優點就是性價比高，長者孩子都有自己的空間，跟在家一樣方便。推薦
