安瀾的服務真的很好，無論你到何處都會負責接送。每個工作人員都會笑臉相迎，熱情招呼。酒店送的水、飲料、零食相當到位，是目前住過的酒店最豐富的。建議定期檢查房間設施，我們住的房間花灑不出水。

我一定會主動寫這個評價，旺季的安瀾雖然滿房，但是服務依然是非常好，管家檸羽對我們的關心細緻入微，同時也給我們A區6011的阿姨一個大大的贊，孩子第一晚在沙發住的，第二天我們出去玩回來發現阿姨給沙發床鋪了個床單，連我愛人都説一定要給這個阿姨好評，太周到了，同時也要感謝一下去北岸的小巴士司機大哥，非常有愛心，我們發現車輪上面有衹小貓，師傅想了辦法和我們一起把它救了出來，非常有愛心

在阿那亞入住安瀾酒店的體驗，完全配不上它的定價和口碑，堪稱近年最糟住宿經歷。
房間裏小飛蟲隨處可見，躺在床上都能被環繞，衞生狀況令人堪憂。更離譜的是洗澡設施，用的竟是老式電熱水器，兩人洗澡必須間隔半小時等水燒開，夏天入住簡直是煎熬。
最讓人崩潰的是泳池體驗：週四下午三點多入住，五點想去游泳，發現泳池被人嘔吐污染，根本無法下水；週五特意關注，卻被告知成人泳池全天清掃；週六就要返程，全程沒能用上泳池，這算什麼度假酒店？
此外，酒店連基礎健身房都沒有，配套設施極度匱乏。早餐更是簡單到敷衍，選擇少得可憐，品質也毫無亮點。就連客房裡的吹風機，表面都沾滿污漬，一看就是長期未清潔，衞生細節做得一塌糊塗。
花這個價位住這樣的酒店，完全是交智商税，絕對不會再住第二次，也真心不推薦給任何人。
