來阿那亞這次選擇安瀾酒店，首先辦入住很快，房間也比較舒適，環境也不錯，房間乾淨，入住首選，滿意，
酒店服務非常好！很熱情，最值得感動的是出門的時候不小心把手機弄丟了，特別感謝賓客部的檸羽和金婷小姐姐！！在我非常無助的時候在酒店幫我找到了手機，還一邊安慰我的情緒，努力的幫我去找，真的幫助了我很多，表揚👍非常感謝，而且服務態度特別棒，有求必應，真正感受到了安瀾的服務。

來阿那亞超多次了，安瀾永遠都是保底的選擇。房間空間很合理，有種回家的温馨感。停車很方便，房屋服務人員很得體。另外由於是生日當天晚上入住的，酒店還贈送了生日蛋糕~非常棒！感謝！

服務很好 有接駁車高峯期可能需要排隊等待 酒店位置在社區中心旁邊就是食堂，如果走路去海邊也很近
贈送小食及飲品好像還能再要的，酒店自助早餐麥穗蝦蒸餃不錯！！種類豐富 現萃咖啡很贊但是一個人去的第二次去拿菜品回來 桌子就被收乾淨咖啡也收走了hhh（就喝了一口因為太燙就沒再去現萃）🫠

所有的工作人員態度都很好很熱情，總是笑着問候。晚上出去玩，好幾次約接駁車都能及時回覆並且儘快安排，沒有推脱。早上喝完酒已經十二點多了，給酒店打了電話沒過多久接駁車就過來了。辦理入住前看排隊的人太多我們就在一邊等，會有工作人員過來告訴我們可以去餐廳辦入住，等待時間少一點。下次也還會選擇安瀾的，可以在阿那亞放心玩的安全感～
