在阿那亞入住安瀾酒店的體驗，完全配不上它的定價和口碑，堪稱近年最糟住宿經歷。
房間裏小飛蟲隨處可見，躺在床上都能被環繞，衞生狀況令人堪憂。更離譜的是洗澡設施，用的竟是老式電熱水器，兩人洗澡必須間隔半小時等水燒開，夏天入住簡直是煎熬。
最讓人崩潰的是泳池體驗：週四下午三點多入住，五點想去游泳，發現泳池被人嘔吐污染，根本無法下水；週五特意關注，卻被告知成人泳池全天清掃；週六就要返程，全程沒能用上泳池，這算什麼度假酒店？
此外，酒店連基礎健身房都沒有，配套設施極度匱乏。早餐更是簡單到敷衍，選擇少得可憐，品質也毫無亮點。就連客房裡的吹風機，表面都沾滿污漬，一看就是長期未清潔，衞生細節做得一塌糊塗。
花這個價位住這樣的酒店，完全是交智商税，絕對不會再住第二次，也真心不推薦給任何人。

第一次來阿那亞，還是選擇了口碑穩定的安瀾酒店。抱着不出錯的心態入住，沒想到卻給了我一個大大的驚喜。無論是酒店整體的設計風格，還是房間的硬件設施，更重要的是工作人員賓至如歸的服務，都讓我有一種回家的感覺。尤其是我的管家小慧，無論時間多早多晚，無論我有怎樣的訴求，她都能在第一時間滿足。不僅如此， 她還能主動為我提供暖心的服務，比如泡腳服務、比如代取外賣、代為諮詢等等。當我退房了，小慧還在持續的回答我的問題，真的好感動。相信這必將會成為我再次選擇安瀾酒店的理由。

酒店位置也超級方便，靠近三食堂。酒店接駁車太給力了！去哪都送，回來時，無論在哪，一個電話，10-15分鐘就到。總之，安瀾無可挑剔！酒店游泳池，孩子們的樂園！安瀾，果然名不虛傳👍

阿那亞是度假絕佳之地，那首選肯定是安瀾酒店。
訂房的時候選擇眾多，朋友推薦安瀾就選擇了，事實證明選擇正確。酒店工作人員熱情，有球必應，態度絕好，房間雖然不大但是夠住，床品及其舒服，有個一米五沙發床倆孩子們都在搶誰住，如果時間允許我會多住幾天。

酒店不臨海到去哪裡都有接駁車還是挺方便。室外有小童樂園，小童泳池，娃放電神器。早餐8.30去需要等位，等了約10分鐘，但也可以選擇打包（盒/袋直接給）。整體除了衞生間有點緊湊，其他房間乾乾淨淨、温馨舒服，沙發挺寬感覺可以睡一個人，與床之間還有紗簾相隔，陽台挺大，晾曬衣物休息一下不錯。
