到達前就接到管家楚庭的電話，加了微信，確認了我們的到達時間和方式。check in的時候的給寶寶準備了玩具。入住過程中還發了各種細心提醒。超級貼心！
酒店整體設施不是很新，但是該有的也都有了，風景非常好，在陽台看日出很愜意，很度假～

體驗感非常不錯，酒店管家小何的服務非常好，酒店有接駁車隨叫隨到，還可以幫忙送外賣從酒店到露營車這，幾家人玩的很開心，就是房車感覺略小，8米房車5個，6.5米房車15個，推薦8米房車，體驗感可能更完美

中秋帶着一家老小旅遊，經過對比選擇了阿爾卡迪亞，真的性價比遠超阿那亞，預訂的399舒適園景大床房，“楚庭”私人管家給升級為能看到海邊的大床房和雙床房，聽説有小朋友，還給贈送了伴手禮。
設施：非常喜歡小朋友的娛樂項目，有騎馬，小火車，泳池，免費的淘氣堡，如果喜歡還可以有碰碰車，手工作坊等等。停車也很方便。一樓餐廳味道很棒。
衞生：絕對五星級酒店標準
環境：園區內鬱鬱葱葱，酒店私家海灘和草坪非常出片，忍不住選擇了酒店的旅拍，699把所有底片送給了我們，晚上一家人看到了海上升明月，真是幸福呢。
服務：客房服務有求必應。
9月來阿爾卡迪亞雖然不能下水，但是風景也是不錯的，性價比很高，也沒有人山人海，帶着寶貝在酒店裡玩既舒適又方便。以後一定還會再來的。

非常滿意的旅程，特別是管家王露的貼心周到服務，提前和我溝通到店時間，耐心回答我關於店內及周邊環境的問題，並主動免費升級了海景房，到店很快辦好了入住手續，住店期間多次主動詢問是否需要幫助，得知我們晚上睡覺較晚，又幫忙延遲了退房時間，非常感謝🙏，還會再來！另外一樓西餐廳味道不錯，二餐都很滿意！
