第一次來阿那亞選擇隱廬，服務很熱情周到，到店後小孟經理看我們第一次過來，主動添加了微信，並細心告知日常出行吃飯之類的問題，有什麼問題都會很細心的解答。酒店有24小時免費的接駁車 想去哪都可以，房間可以泡湯，逛一天回來泡泡湯，真的很解乏，小孟經理提前聯繫消毒或者可以幫忙鋪泡澡袋， 還可以送泡腳桶，晚上還主動問詢枕頭是否舒適，還有6種枕頭可以免費提供更換，小孟經理服務很貼心，入住體驗還不錯👍

臨時決定來阿那亞然後定的房間，大床帶孩子很方便，雖然位置有點兒偏，但酒店到哪都有接駁車，非常方便。服務也很好

很開心的一次入住！除了電視打不開遙控器換了也不行按不動之外都挺好。賓客經理典典服務周到，主動添加微信後回覆及時，還貼心準備了泡腳桶和中葯包，非常解乏。房間打掃得一塵不染，大堂設計很有格調，整體入住體驗超出預期。典典的細緻服務讓我們倍感温暖，下次一定還會選擇隱廬！
