It was a very pleasant experience! The enthusiastic front desk lady took the initiative to upgrade the room for us, which made us feel happy. I originally stayed for one day, and I lived for another day under the joy. The hotel decoration is Bauhaus style, the facilities are complete, and the suite room makes us feel at home. Especially when I returned from going out to play, when I opened the door, the warmth of home came. The hotel is quiet, and the surrounding new areas are clean, tidy and spacious. It is especially suitable for self-driving, the underground parking lot is convenient and safe, and there are many charging piles. It is also very convenient to go to Anaya, Shanhaiguan, and Beidaihe by car. In short, V.H0TEL brought me comfort and comfort, which made me feel more happy for two days in Qinhuangdao! It's especially convenient because I don't have time to take the children out on the day of Children's Day, so I can only take them out to play on Children's Day. It's a rush to get out. , the hotel also provided beach toys, it was a magical business! There are also water slides for adults in the water park, but the area and variety cannot be compared with those in the fishing island.
Hygiene: Clean. The details are cleaned cleanly, and they are not neglected because of the small number of guests. The beach is very good and very clean. Because I played barefoot on the beach, I put my shoes far away, and then went to the public toilet on the beach barefoot. Two cleaning sisters were cleaning at any time. It felt that basically no one had used the toilet, but they cleaned it very seriously.
Environment: Quiet. There are not many people. It’s just the beginning of spring, and it’s still a bit warm and cold, especially in the morning and evening. The main thing is to take the children to pick up shells and dig sand. Leisure is good, and three days have passed in a flash, and I still want more.
Service: Good. The only thing is that the water park does not provide towels, you have to bring them from the room, which is a bit troublesome. I didn't know it the first time, and I had to go back to get them. It was a bit far from the room, so I had to drive. The breakfast was good. First, there was a receptionist at the first station. He was rude in giving instructions to the taxi driver. Second, the room was not so clean. The carpet is not tidy and the room smells cigarette. In general, Fisher Island Resort Hotel has good amenities. Good for the children who like playgrounds and activities. Swimming pools are plenty for young and old to enjoy. But they need to be careful because it's so slippery. This hotel.has a lot of activities to do. I will recommend this to the whole family.

MMLS755What an amazing place!!! We stayed at the Senzeyuan Hotel which is nicer than the other two hotels in my opinion. Service and cleanliness was excellent and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind. Feng Ting patiently gave us information and quickly responded to any requests we had during our stay. We were very close to the beach and hot spring / water park. There are so many things to do! I went with my daughters and they had a great time. The show and beach party was their favorite! We enjoyed our dinners at the western cafe by the beach. I wish there were more restaurants and things opened but I understand not many people come to the beach in October.
I also want to thank the staff at the hot spring/ water park for being so caring. My daughter had a minor emergency and they were very concerned and even walked us back to our room. We felt very taken care of and will definitely be back!

GGuest UserThe first time I stayed at this hotel, the overall experience was very good. The boss called in advance to communicate before check-in. I learned that we were five big and one small. We upgraded three rooms for free. The room was a new community, very clean, and there were disposable toilet pads. Disposable face towels and bath towels, the location is not far from Anaya. YYumendelierenWhen checking in, all the staff at the front desk (at least four) were not very kind, not enthusiastic at all, mechanical, and it was obvious that there was a lack of training and disorderly. During the processing process, I asked me to pay a 200 deposit. I said that the food bar in the room was charged. I was afraid that the guests would not pay for it. I decisively refused and clearly told me that I would not eat. The staff at the front desk immediately changed their faces from mechanical processing to ignoring... I just made do with it for one night. What to say, I found out that the room next door was a wedding room. It would be very noisy early the next morning. In order to rest well, I asked for a room change. A staff member who changed the room for me made me feel like a spring breeze. It should be a deputy manager at the front desk (this kind of hotel position can't be so detailed, I have the impression that the badge shows this position), and I didn't have time to ask the name. Not only did I actively solve the problem, but also gave me two breakfasts, and the attitude was very good. To be honest, if it weren't for this staff, I wouldn't have five-star praise. I hope the hotel can praise this staff well.

UUncle TigerAlthough it is a hotel in the county, there is no need to expect too much in terms of facilities. On the other hand, the simple and down-to-earth service of the people in Changli is enough to make up for the lack of hardware, and can still leave you with good memories.
Manager Chen Yongmei's service is commendable. From the beginning, she was busy handling the epidemic prevention approval for Qinhuangdao's entry into the market, to her excellent service after check-in, which is worthy of praise👍
