1. People were openly smoking in the hotel lobby and the elevator room on the room floor, and no one stopped them.
2. The entire hotel building had a power outage during the peak check-out time at noon. We walked down the stairs on the 9th floor to check out, and the underground parking lot was pitch black.
3. The front desk was quite rigid. It was already early in the morning when we checked in. Another family of four who checked in at the same time asked if they could check out a little later. The front desk replied that the system would automatically deduct the money at 12 o'clock.

GGuest UserThe room has a very high standard of hygiene, the design is simple and bright, the housekeeper service is considerate and enthusiastic, the hotel environment is very quiet, you can see the sea while lying on the bed, the location is excellent, and it is convenient to go out for meals. You can walk to many popular restaurants in five or six minutes. The price is affordable and the food is delicious. The housekeeper can drive the sightseeing car to pick up guests at any time to go wherever they want to go. Living here is very stress-relieving

GGuest UserThe proprietress is very warm and hospitable. She was arranged on the second floor and even helped with luggage and babysitting, which was great! It's very close to the seaside. You can walk to the seaside just a few steps away. The hotel also provides free battery cars for pick-up and drop-off. It's especially convenient because I don't have time to take the children out on the day of Children's Day, so I can only take them out to play on Children's Day. It's a rush to get out. , the hotel also provided beach toys, it was a magical business! When I went out to play in the evening, I hurriedly took a few pictures of the places where the children like to play. You can take a look at the cradle, tent, and canopy. The children really like it. This trip is very worthwhile. 👍🏼

GGuest UserA very perfect holiday experience. I came here in a rainstorm and felt the hotel's service enthusiasm. The facilities and services are perfect. The room service is very meticulous. Knowing that I was with a child, they would specially replenish baby supplies. The WeChat butler was also always available and never said no. The second visit in 2024 will not disappoint you. There are also various innovative and meticulous services. As long as you come to Aranya, you will definitely come to this hotel again.

AAnnie BongalbalThe Fisher Island resort hotel is quite good. However, we encountered some problems that needed attention to improve their services. First, there was a receptionist at the first station. He was rude in giving instructions to the taxi driver. Second, the room was not so clean. The carpet is not tidy and the room smells cigarette. In general, Fisher Island Resort Hotel has good amenities. Good for the children who like playgrounds and activities. Swimming pools are plenty for young and old to enjoy. But they need to be careful because it's so slippery. This hotel.has a lot of activities to do. I will recommend this to the whole family.

MMLS755What an amazing place!!! We stayed at the Senzeyuan Hotel which is nicer than the other two hotels in my opinion. Service and cleanliness was excellent and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind. Feng Ting patiently gave us information and quickly responded to any requests we had during our stay. We were very close to the beach and hot spring / water park. There are so many things to do! I went with my daughters and they had a great time. The show and beach party was their favorite! We enjoyed our dinners at the western cafe by the beach. I wish there were more restaurants and things opened but I understand not many people come to the beach in October.
I also want to thank the staff at the hot spring/ water park for being so caring. My daughter had a minor emergency and they were very concerned and even walked us back to our room. We felt very taken care of and will definitely be back!

YYumendelierenWhen checking in, all the staff at the front desk (at least four) were not very kind, not enthusiastic at all, mechanical, and it was obvious that there was a lack of training and disorderly. During the processing process, I asked me to pay a 200 deposit. I said that the food bar in the room was charged. I was afraid that the guests would not pay for it. I decisively refused and clearly told me that I would not eat. The staff at the front desk immediately changed their faces from mechanical processing to ignoring... I just made do with it for one night. What to say, I found out that the room next door was a wedding room. It would be very noisy early the next morning. In order to rest well, I asked for a room change. A staff member who changed the room for me made me feel like a spring breeze. It should be a deputy manager at the front desk (this kind of hotel position can't be so detailed, I have the impression that the badge shows this position), and I didn't have time to ask the name. Not only did I actively solve the problem, but also gave me two breakfasts, and the attitude was very good. To be honest, if it weren't for this staff, I wouldn't have five-star praise. I hope the hotel can praise this staff well.

UUncle TigerAlthough it is a hotel in the county, there is no need to expect too much in terms of facilities. On the other hand, the simple and down-to-earth service of the people in Changli is enough to make up for the lack of hardware, and can still leave you with good memories.
Manager Chen Yongmei's service is commendable. From the beginning, she was busy handling the epidemic prevention approval for Qinhuangdao's entry into the market, to her excellent service after check-in, which is worthy of praise👍
