We upgraded three rooms for free. The room was a new community, very clean, and there were disposable toilet pads. Disposable face towels and bath towels, the location is not far from Anaya. You can walk to the seaside just a few steps away. The hotel also provides free battery cars for pick-up and drop-off. It's especially convenient because I don't have time to take the children out on the day of Children's Day, so I can only take them out to play on Children's Day. It's a rush to get out. , the hotel also provided beach toys, it was a magical business! When I went out to play in the evening, I hurriedly took a few pictures of the places where the children like to play. You can take a look at the cradle, tent, and canopy. There are some entertainment facilities, which are all very new, such as outdoor slides, indoor water parks and swimming pools, pump tracks, roller skating venues, etc., which are barely enough for fun. There are also water slides for adults in the water park, but the area and variety cannot be compared with those in the fishing island.
Hygiene: Clean. The details are cleaned cleanly, and they are not neglected because of the small number of guests. The beach is very good and very clean. Because I played barefoot on the beach, I put my shoes far away, and then went to the public toilet on the beach barefoot. Two cleaning sisters were cleaning at any time. It felt that basically no one had used the toilet, but they cleaned it very seriously.
Environment: Quiet. There are not many people. It’s just the beginning of spring, and it’s still a bit warm and cold, especially in the morning and evening. The main thing is to take the children to pick up shells and dig sand. Leisure is good, and three days have passed in a flash, and I still want more.
Service: Good. The only thing is that the water park does not provide towels, you have to bring them from the room, which is a bit troublesome. I didn't know it the first time, and I had to go back to get them. It was a bit far from the room, so I had to drive. The breakfast was good. The restaurant didn't look big, but the variety was quite rich and it was quite comfortable to eat.

NNyakudangaThe hotel is very big and suitable for families. We had a great time and also the location is great considering it is just opposite Aranya. However, the rooms we were staying in were so dirty and considering we had a baby, it was almost hazardous for the baby. The floors were dusty and had spider webs between walls and closets. The staff were friendly though and very helpful, I have sent a picture of the name of one who helped us.

CCandiceyuequqiIt was a good decision to stay at Senzeyuan. I read a lot of guides and they all said that hot spring hotels are too crowded, too humid, and too noisy. In fact, it is true. My child's eyes were inflamed, so I ordered eye drops to be delivered. The shuttle bus brought them to the front desk of the hotel. The service was very considerate, and they also gave me souvenirs before I left. To be honest, the beach experience was crowded and dirty. The water quality was not very good, and there were jellyfish everywhere. I was stung several times. But overall, it was a very happy family trip.

YYumendelierenWhen checking in, all the staff at the front desk (at least four) were not very kind, not enthusiastic at all, mechanical, and it was obvious that there was a lack of training and disorderly. During the processing process, I asked me to pay a 200 deposit. I said that the food bar in the room was charged. I was afraid that the guests would not pay for it. I decisively refused and clearly told me that I would not eat. The staff at the front desk immediately changed their faces from mechanical processing to ignoring... I just made do with it for one night. What to say, I found out that the room next door was a wedding room. It would be very noisy early the next morning. In order to rest well, I asked for a room change. A staff member who changed the room for me made me feel like a spring breeze. It should be a deputy manager at the front desk (this kind of hotel position can't be so detailed, I have the impression that the badge shows this position), and I didn't have time to ask the name. Not only did I actively solve the problem, but also gave me two breakfasts, and the attitude was very good. To be honest, if it weren't for this staff, I wouldn't have five-star praise. I hope the hotel can praise this staff well.
