酒店比較偏僻，在棋子灣大角。工作人員很少，前台只有兩名工作人員，沒有行李員、沒有行車指引人員，地下車庫指示牌標識不清，導致開車在地庫裏轉了兩圈沒找到前台説的西區4～6號電梯。酒店基本沒有多少遊客，因為位置偏僻衹能在酒店內用餐，早餐中規中矩。房間內衞生乾淨整潔。住了一晚，直接感受就是沒有人氣，沒客人沒工作人員。例如早晨有客人退房後陽台門和房間門未關，屋內杯託、紙屑被風吹到樓道，1個多小時沒人處理。

房間很安靜，出行打車也還方便，前台幾個工作人員都很好，很熱情。遇到大風，海邊風比較大，但是酒店温泉池小朋友還是很喜歡。還有小童遊樂設施人很少小朋友玩得很開心。
