I came to Changde on a business trip and stayed in this hotel. The experience was great! The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and the facilities were complete. The kids at the front desk were very enthusiastic. Seeing that I had a cold, they not only prepared a mask, but also gave me freshly brewed brown sugar ginger tea. The breakfast was rich, with many varieties and good taste. I sincerely recommend it and will come again next time!

I came here after hearing a friend's recommendation. Seeing is believing: I was shocked. In a third-tier city, there is such a hotel with affordable price (book online), super five-star service, and classical style. The staff from the booth, lobby, and reception are all smiling. The people of Changde are so enthusiastic! A cup of hot tea warms my heart...comfortable😊! I was told that the check-out might be a little later the next day because the high-speed rail time was delayed. The front desk manager immediately helped me delay the check-out time, so that I could sleep well. There are many hotels in Changde, but this one is the only warm and considerate one!

Not in the centre of town, but conveniently near a Wanda Plaza shopping centre and covid test site. The hotel looks and smells nice, and the executive room that we stayed in was really impressive. It was more a suite, with a full sofa/sitting area between the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom section had a really classy high ceiling look. Liked the room a lot. The executive lounge was not open separately, but we were able instead to enjoy the full dinner and breakfast buffets in the 1st floor restaurants. The selection and quality of the foods for both was very impressive and delicious, and we highly recommend them. This was a nice experience overall, and definitely worth the reasonable price.

兩點不滿意：第一：問我是否續房，我説床單太響，提出要換軟一點床單的訴求，老闆從頭到尾不明確回覆沒説沒有軟一點的床單，衹説給我換房，我想着這樣雙方都麻煩，換床單就可以，等到我同意續房後，打掃衞生的人來了才告訴我根本沒有軟一點的床單，以至於我崽兩個晚上都睡不好鬧騰。 第二：我答應續房後，客服很久才回復我對於價格的疑問，我也沒有多看，第一晚攜程162，到店後掃小程序付款150幾，第二晚直接是188，但是我剛看第三晚攜程也才175，按理説在他那掃碼也就160幾，有看我東西多帶個小寶寶就坐地起價嫌疑。
