I used to live in Sheraton in Changde. Because the swimming pool is convenient for children, Wyndham Garden Hotel feels average because I have lived in Changsha. This time I also booked with the idea of trying a new hotel. I didn’t expect it to be better than expected. You can benchmark Changsha’s Beichen. The room feels better than Beichen in all aspects. It is recommended to come to Changde for friends to stay. The price is super high and the service environment is very good.

I traveled from Changsha to Changde on the weekend and chose this hotel which is close to the high-speed rail station! My experience when I arrived at the hotel: It greatly exceeded my expectations! The hotel decoration is very grand, warm and romantic, which is the style that young people like! The hotel has robot service, laundry service, gym, and is a very fashionable hotel. The air conditioning is good, quiet and comfortable, and the hot water pressure is high! The staff is very polite. I will definitely book this hotel when I go to Changde. It is really worth it!

1️⃣ The service from waitresses Xiao Yang and Shan Shan was excellent. 2️⃣ This is the first Orange Crystal hotel in Changde, currently in its trial operation phase, so it doesn't participate in Huazhu's benefits program. However, the service level is truly impeccable; as a Changde local, I felt very welcome staying here. 3️⃣ There are three washer-dryer combos, and the washing and drying performance is excellent. They also offer laundry service. The gym has two treadmills, one elliptical trainer, and one rowing machine. I hope they can add some simple dumbbells. 4️⃣ The breakfast was very good. Having stayed at a 0.5 version of Orange Crystal in Changsha the day before yesterday, I still feel that newer versions are always better. 5️⃣ Because it's newly opened, there's a slight smell of renovation. Ventilation needs to be improved. 6️⃣ The hotel's location is excellent; it's right next to Changde Pedestrian Street and Wuling Pavilion. I hope the hotel continues to improve! Had a fantastic stay! As an established five-star hotel, both the facilities and service maintained a high standard. The location is excellent, right opposite Wanda Plaza and next to Baima Lake Park, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also quite close to Changde's major attractions like Daxiaohe Street. Of course, if you're heading to the wildlife park, it's about a 50-minute drive. My child absolutely loved the family room; the giant panda plushie, tent, and baby walker kept her entertained all day. What truly impressed me was their breakfast buffet – the selection was quite extensive, and the rice noodles and mixed noodles were incredibly delicious, as were the wontons. I must also mention the hotel's exceptional service; check-in to check-out was incredibly smooth, and the staff were very enthusiastic, offering great tips on local attractions and dining, which really enhanced our overall experience.

The homestay is very good and the rooms are very beautiful and practical. The hygiene is really too clean, and the wooden floor is not stained. We arrived at more than three o'clock in the afternoon and were hungry. The manager Qiang brother enthusiastically made noodles for us and mixed cold dishes. Simple ingredients. Maked delicious. It is very comfortable to stroll around the small courtyard after dinner, maybe the weather is getting cold! In short, it is worth recommending, next time you come to Changde to continue to book here

Traveling with my parents and kids, a total of six people, we booked two rooms – one with a king bed and one with twin beds. The beds were large and the environment was clean. Out of all the places we've stayed, this one was the most surprisingly good. The front desk staff were excellent. We'll definitely be back!

The room is very clean and the items are neatly arranged, making people feel very comfortable. The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the train station, with convenient transportation. There is free parking in front of the door. It is not far from shopping malls and restaurants. It is in the center of the commercial street and there are many attractions around it. Overall a very pleasant stay. Worth recommending!
