貴酒店處在繁華地段，吃、住、行非常方便，房間佈置合理，乾淨整潔，床上用品舒適，衞生間乾濕分離，沐浴熱水適中，空調温度舒服，投屏電視清𥇦，有廚房，生活用品齊全。前台值班人員熱情周到，溝通交流順暢。客人晚上要求加床被子，值班美女套好被子親自送到房間，細緻入微。客人退房後，酒店人員整理房間發現客人納下東西，及時發微信告知，並幫助客人快遞寄回，非常感謝！下次來常德，一定首選入住貴酒店。你們的服務讓客人賓至如，如沐春風。

該有的設施都有，淋浴間也很乾凈，是新裝修的房間。智能設備還不錯，響應及時。但注意有些房型有樓梯，不便於旅行遊客攜帶行李出入
