説點真話，一間房價500+除了空調冷氣足，幾乎一無是處了…房間小，設備陳舊，衞生不到位，服務拉垮，餐食入住無性價比…全部實拍，大家放心看！1.總共兩個標間都在閣樓上，閣樓樓梯很陡峭，房屋木質結構且不透氣，正常走動在床上都可以感受到明顯的響動…2.入住馬桶返水有漏水跡象，換了一間房天花板牆皮脱落…已經沒有標間可以換了…服務人員還説是第一次出現牆皮脱落，如果有幸入住抬頭一看就會發現牆皮補了很多次，我們最多算個有幸見證！3.廁所毛巾架脱落壞的，房間內的樓梯和台階都有沒有打掃乾淨的臟東西…4.最後兩張圖是小木屋的茶几，第一次看到房間的茶几是用盒子頂住的！！！牛皮！！！大家聽勸小木屋千萬別住，位置又偏又遠就算了，你以為的浪漫滿屋其實是冰火兩重天，我們入住的小木屋門鎖是壞的，外部隨處可見蜘蛛網，房間總共20平吧安裝了兩台空調，看這兩台空調你就可以預見户型有多*，你即將經歷什麼…床鋪在閣樓，下面是沙發，晚上休息你開了下面的空調，閣樓又熱又不透氣，樓下是冰閣樓是火。當你開了閣樓頭頂的空調，空調水就嘀嗒下來了…5.圖9-11是棋牌室，潮濕老舊、灰大又臟，明顯很久未使用未清潔的狀態，服務人員打開自動麻將機用塵罩拍打着灰塵，完全沒有要打掃清潔一下的意思，在我的強烈要求下給了我一塊抹布，我自己擦了起來…真是花錢來山裡給別人做衞生來了…離譜！！！6.服務人員的很拉垮，遺忘了物品第一時間聯繫尋找，對方説沒有，最後自己返回找到了遺失的物品。入住期間交給服務人員冷藏的物品，對方也完全不記得此事…7.號稱五星級民宿房價400-1000元，民宿正在施工，到處挖，在周邊房價100-200元左右的映襯下，除了房價異軍突起，沒有什麼突出可言。夜間民宿超大下坡完全沒有燈光，非常不合理！還可以繼續吐槽就不浪費時間了，避雷避雷避雷避吧！！！

在花巖溪景區裏面，房間不多，但比較精緻，有遠離喧囂的感覺，可以在民宿就餐，農家口味，早餐有米粉，房間裏面有大投屏幕布，適合看電影。

定的帶麻將桌的房間，結果告知已經安排給另外的客人，在平台一房多賣，真的無語😓衞生條件不好，一樓的房間陰冷潮濕，洗浴間牆面沒有瓷磚還是牆漆的，都已經起殼掉殼！哎，各種無語😓前台女服務員毫無表情，更沒有服務態度，很影響心情！這種房子783元真的不值！

有一説一，性價比真的不高，房子是木質的特別特別吵，樓上走路樓下一清二楚。住宿條件也一般，後悔從常德市開了這麼遠過去
