酒店位置優越，處於柳葉湖畔，風景很美，停車場🅿️很大適合自駕遊，文靜的前台妹子給升級了房型，贊一個👍🏻。早餐豐富，種類多。酒店設施比較陳舊，但是維護的還行！工作人員有禮貌。我們訂了兩種房型，大床房暖氣不太熱，雙床房挺暖和。總之體驗不錯！

作為一家老牌星級酒店，設施配套陳舊沒關係，可以接受，但服務質量，可以説完全沒有。我們晚上11點到，前台估計只有一個人值班，給了身份證辦理入住，前台啥都沒有交代，房間所在樓層，電梯位置，早餐時間和位置，全都沒有交代，都是我們自己卸完行李返回一個一個問。我們是提前跟酒店聯繫預約了帶寵物，詢問房間是否已經準備好寵物使用的墊子，飲水的盆，前台又一問三不知，打電話後給我回覆沒有，之後就沒有然後了.。。。。。因為時間晚了，也不想計較，就直接入住，我看酒店評論説都會給小狗準備玩具和零食禮物啥的，我們一樣都沒有，第二天去問前台，就説，噢，我去哪裡找一份，但可能要等一些時間，我看她如此不情願的樣子，我就直接説不需要了。在當天訂酒店後我也跟前台説了我需要一個遠離電梯安靜一些的房間，結果給我安排了一個服務間對面的房間，第二天早上6點多就不斷有服務員進出服務間，開關門的也不注意力度，不斷發出聲音讓人根本沒辦法睡，狗子也變得十分警惕。早上退房跟台反映，前台回覆，噢，是嗎。。可能衹按你要求遠離電梯吧。之後就又沒有其他下文，連個抱歉都沒有。。
這樣的服務，衹能説是怎麼在攜程上排常德豪華型酒店第二，非常失望

第二次入住的酒店，因為是寵物友好，周邊柳葉湖非常安靜，酒店停車方便，唯一不足就是裝修太久，有點舊。
