酒店很不錯 ，衞生乾淨。 晚上還有宵夜， 帶孩子出來玩的 ，前台小姐姐還升級了房間 ，很棒哦，房間很大很好看， 小朋友非常喜歡， 都不願意退房咯。

房間衞生很乾凈 設施也很全 房間居然還有那麼高級的保險櫃 環境也很好 就在柳葉湖附近 步行幾百米就到了 最主要的就是安靜 雖然説樓層不高 可能是因為在湖邊上 所以沒什麼車經過 晚上很安靜 最後還有前台小美女 服務很熱情啊

帶着孩子一起來住的 很值得推薦 前台小姐姐很熱情 還給我們送了小童的牙刷和小童拖鞋 這邊晚上也很安靜 適合親子出行 最重要的是停車非常方便 下次來常德玩還會選擇這個酒店

真的非常好，剛開始看年限有點久了擔心不好，到了之後才發現真的是物美價廉，一點不舊，乾淨整潔，服務好，還送宵夜常德米粉好吃，服務好，還送免費冰棍。價格還這麼便宜，真是好酒店

停車方便，前台服務挺好的，環境外觀看着有點陳舊，但內部還好，走廊都有香味，床上用品也沒什麼異味，床墊很軟很舒服。升級了豪華雙床，房間和浴室都很大，花灑不太好用，放不穩，老是掉下來，夜宵麪條衹有辣椒炒肉，味道一般，早餐能吃但沒有多好吃。最不滿意的就是馬桶，馬桶圈表面有尿漬污漬，一股臭味。

衞生：衞生比較差，床頭衞生都沒搞，床墊上頭髮很多
環境：雖是獨棟，但是還是很舊，缺乏打理
服務：服務很一般，掉了東西，叫幫忙找，有點不耐煩。
