Very good, the room air conditioning is not very good, there is a little stuffy, but the service attitude is particularly good, the traffic is more convenient, the pool is very clean, you can go in the middle of the night.

I decided to extend my stay in Changchun and booked another room, non-smoking and with windows :) the staff was very nice and friendly and the buffet during breakfast was very good! :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at HNA Redbuds Hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, especially considering the affordable price. The bed was incredibly cozy, guaranteeing a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. One of the standout features of HNA Redbuds Hotel was the bathroom. Equipped with modern fixtures and featuring a refreshing shower, it provided a pleasant and invigorating experience every time. The hotel also provided complimentary toiletries and fresh towels, a thoughtful touch that added to the overall quality of my stay. In terms of facilities, HNA Redbuds Hotel truly delivered. The fitness center was well-equipped with a variety of exercise machines, allowing me to maintain my workout routine even while traveling. Additionally, the hotel boasted a beautiful pool area with comfortable loungers, great for a relaxing swim or sunbathing session. The hotel's dining options were also impressive. The on-site restaurant served a delicious and diverse breakfast buffet that catered to all tastes. The attentive staff always ensured the buffet was well-stocked and the dining area was clean and inviting. It was a pleasant way to start each day of my stay. Location-wise, HNA Redbuds Hotel was conveniently situated, with easy access to public transportation and various attractions in the area. It allowed me to explore the city effortlessly and return to a comfortable haven at the end of a busy day. Overall, my experience at HNA Redbuds Hotel was nothing short of delightful. The combination of affordability and quality made it the perfect choice for my stay. The attentive staff, comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, and convenient location all contributed to a truly memorable experience. Everyone in the hotel is very welcoming. Xiaoyue at the front desk gave me a Mid-Autumn Festival gift. The stay was very comfortable and cost-effective. Highly recommended. The room has no odor and the decoration is simple and stylish, which is the hotel style I like. The staff has a good service attitude, is polite and courteous, and can't find any faults. I give it five stars.

I stayed at the Hangzhou location twice this year and was blown away by the cleanliness and superior service there. So, as soon as I saw the name pop up while looking for a hotel in Changchun, I had to choose it. Notes: When we arrived, we were politely greeted by the front desk staff and we were able to check-in early hassle-free. The room was clean, odorless, and there was even a window that we could easily open and close ( I’ve seen many other hotels with fake windows, haha). Breakfast was delicious!! There were many options (western and local). We definitely got a belly-full. We also stayed in the restaurant for hours just eating, talking and re-filling our plates. Really nice. We spent 2 nights and had to checkout at 5am on the last day. We were given takeaway breakfast boxes comprising croissants yogurt and fruit. Really convenient since we missed the tasty breakfast. There is a really nice restaurant close to the hotel called Yan Niu. They served local dishes along with some Korean dishes. Delicious!! The town area was about 10 minutes by didi. There were many stores, restaurants and parks in that area. All in all, it was a comfortable stay at the hotel. This was my third Hampton by Hilton stay this year. I hope that they will maintain this level of consistency.

There are couple of things that I love about this hotel and some things that they can be improve. 1. Hotel is nice, bed is comfy as expected 2 . Very near to the mall, where there are tons of delicious food/ restaurants there 3. There is subway just beside the hotel which is very convenient if you choose to take subway 4. Breakfast is varies from Chinese to western which is great. I usually have omelette, toasted bread, coffee and juices. We had issue with the air purifier, and asked for someone to fix it then seems it couldn’t be fixed, then they keep coming back coz after 5 mins of use it’s broken again. We asked to change to another one, at first they keep saying that no way that it’s broken, but it is broken. Finally they changed, but they wasted our time, we wanted to sleep early instead having them in the room with us. This kind service should be improved. They should just take it away and fixed it somewhere else and not to disturb guests.

We had a wonderful stay at the Yatai Hotel, the staff were amazing; extremely friendly, helpful and the service throughout our stay was of a high professional standard. We were close to great restaurants and tourist sights, we could walk to almost everywhere, and centrally located only a short 5-10min taxi ride to the Changchun Railway Station. The rooms were very clean, modern and convenient. This was my second stay at Yatai Hotel. And it won’t be my last!

The hotel is a bit distance from Changchun station, about 15 minutes walking distance but it's worth to stay at this place. There's actually buses from Changchun station but I didn't take it. The room and toilet in the room is clean. The water pressure is good to have a good shower! The staff in the hotel are friendly especially the 大姐who are serving the breakfast! You can always see the smiles on their face! The breakfast at the hotel is yummy too! Overall, this is a nice hotel to stay! You will never regret to stay here. Price is affordable and their service is good. Oh ya, not to forget! There's washing machine and dryer here in the hotel and it's free of charge! 😀

The location is great. The hotel is close to the station, one subway stop from Changchun Station. Please note that the last subway train leaves early (I was planning to take the subway from Changchun Station, but it ended before 10pm), but you can take a taxi from Changchun Station in just one meter, so there is no problem. The room was well cleaned. The water pressure in the shower is also perfect. However, there was no conditioner, just a rinse-in shampoo, so if you're concerned about that, I think it's a good idea to prepare your own. The air volume of the dryer was perfect. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious. It's also nice to be able to eat freshly made ramen. There aren't many restaurants in the area that open from 7am, so it was a good idea to include breakfast.

A very pleasant experience. The hotel room is spacious. I specially booked a room with windows facing the outside. If there are men who smoke, please pay attention to this. The room with windows in the corridor will be larger than the room I booked. This price is a surprise in Changchun. The service staff are very good and greeted with a smile. The breakfast is also good, the wonton noodles are delicious. I don't know what brand of jam it is, I like it very much.
