Some cats on the second floor lie on the ground and sleep 😴 No foreign guests are accepted. Trip.com checks the reception of foreign guests. This hotel still shows There are bugs crawling on the toilet wall And you see small bugs crawling on the ground, the elongated kind. It shouldn't be a small cockroach. I'm taking my backpack and zippering it open and putting it on the ground. Worried about bugs crawling inside 😭

I stayed at the Hangzhou location twice this year and was blown away by the cleanliness and superior service there. So, as soon as I saw the name pop up while looking for a hotel in Changchun, I had to choose it. Notes: When we arrived, we were politely greeted by the front desk staff and we were able to check-in early hassle-free. The room was clean, odorless, and there was even a window that we could easily open and close ( I’ve seen many other hotels with fake windows, haha). Breakfast was delicious!! There were many options (western and local). We definitely got a belly-full. We also stayed in the restaurant for hours just eating, talking and re-filling our plates. Really nice. We spent 2 nights and had to checkout at 5am on the last day. We were given takeaway breakfast boxes comprising croissants yogurt and fruit. Really convenient since we missed the tasty breakfast. There is a really nice restaurant close to the hotel called Yan Niu. They served local dishes along with some Korean dishes. Delicious!! The town area was about 10 minutes by didi. There were many stores, restaurants and parks in that area. All in all, it was a comfortable stay at the hotel. This was my third Hampton by Hilton stay this year. I hope that they will maintain this level of consistency.

Being a foreigner , check in was very smooth . The hotel is conveniently located . The room was clean and spacious , bed was soft and comfortable , water pressure in shower was good . Everyone in the hotel is very welcoming. Xiaoyue at the front desk gave me a Mid-Autumn Festival gift. The stay was very comfortable and cost-effective. Highly recommended. The room has no odor and the decoration is simple and stylish, which is the hotel style I like. The staff has a good service attitude, is polite and courteous, and can't find any faults. There are couple of things that I love about this hotel and some things that they can be improve. 1. Hotel is nice, bed is comfy as expected 2 . Very near to the mall, where there are tons of delicious food/ restaurants there 3. There is subway just beside the hotel which is very convenient if you choose to take subway 4. Breakfast is varies from Chinese to western which is great. I usually have omelette, toasted bread, coffee and juices. We had issue with the air purifier, and asked for someone to fix it then seems it couldn’t be fixed, then they keep coming back coz after 5 mins of use it’s broken again. We asked to change to another one, at first they keep saying that no way that it’s broken, but it is broken. Finally they changed, but they wasted our time, we wanted to sleep early instead having them in the room with us. This kind service should be improved. They should just take it away and fixed it somewhere else and not to disturb guests.

The hotel is a government reception hotel. It still has the grandeur, but the facilities are obviously old. The service is satisfactory and the hygiene is acceptable. The heating is not hot, but there is air conditioning. The breakfast is very good compared to the price. But it also focuses on Chinese food. The bread and snacks are neither good nor bad. The coffee is instant, which is a little regrettable. The most surprising thing is the hotel restaurant, which serves high-quality Northeastern cuisine. As a Harbin native, I was impressed by the pot-fried pork in Jilin. No matter the taste, quality, or quantity. For one person, the waitress said that there would be a lot of leftovers from this dish, and as she said, more than half was left. I ordered another single meal in the room, a small portion, 58 yuan, one meat, one vegetable, one soup, and one rice. All are freshly fried. Very good.

We had a wonderful stay at the Yatai Hotel, the staff were amazing; extremely friendly, helpful and the service throughout our stay was of a high professional standard. We were close to great restaurants and tourist sights, we could walk to almost everywhere, and centrally located only a short 5-10min taxi ride to the Changchun Railway Station. The rooms were very clean, modern and convenient. This was my second stay at Yatai Hotel. And it won’t be my last!

It was a very pleasant stay at Huatian Hotel this time. Walking into the lobby gives people a warm feeling. The lobby is spacious and bright. The waiters proactively greeted me. The reception at the front desk was very enthusiastic. A receptionist named Zuo Feiqi received me. During the service process The hotel is very sincere and friendly. Although the equipment in the room is a bit old, it is clean and tidy, and the items are neatly placed. The transportation is also very convenient. The hotel is a bit distance from Changchun station, about 15 minutes walking distance but it's worth to stay at this place. There's actually buses from Changchun station but I didn't take it. The room and toilet in the room is clean. The water pressure is good to have a good shower! The staff in the hotel are friendly especially the 大姐who are serving the breakfast! You can always see the smiles on their face! The breakfast at the hotel is yummy too! Overall, this is a nice hotel to stay! You will never regret to stay here. Price is affordable and their service is good. Oh ya, not to forget! There's washing machine and dryer here in the hotel and it's free of charge! 😀

The location is great. The hotel is close to the station, one subway stop from Changchun Station. Please note that the last subway train leaves early (I was planning to take the subway from Changchun Station, but it ended before 10pm), but you can take a taxi from Changchun Station in just one meter, so there is no problem. The room was well cleaned. The water pressure in the shower is also perfect. However, there was no conditioner, just a rinse-in shampoo, so if you're concerned about that, I think it's a good idea to prepare your own. The air volume of the dryer was perfect. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious. It's also nice to be able to eat freshly made ramen. There aren't many restaurants in the area that open from 7am, so it was a good idea to include breakfast.

JJongaI recently stayed at Hanting Hotel during my trip to [insert city]. While the hotel provided me with a comfortable stay, there were a few aspects that left something to be desired. Firstly, Hanting Hotel's location was superb. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible to popular attractions and public transportation. This was a major plus point for me, as I could explore the city effortlessly. Upon arrival, the reception staff greeted me warmly and check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel's lobby exuded a modern and clean atmosphere, which was quite welcoming. Furthermore, the hotel's security measures were commendable, ensuring a safe environment for all guests. My room at Hanting Hotel was cozy and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly. The cleanliness of the room was generally satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could have been better maintained. The bathroom, while functional, could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the overall experience. In terms of amenities, Hanting Hotel provided basic facilities such as Wi-Fi, which was reliable and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. GGuest UserWe were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel! Since we visit Changchun annually to see relatives, we usually stay at a nearby hotel. However, this time, due to renovations at our usual hotel, we decided to try the Friendship Hotel. Upon checking in and arriving at our room, we were greeted with a platter of fruit, water, and drinks—a thoughtful touch! The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Bathrobes and slippers were provided at the entrance, and the attention to detail and genuine care from the hotel staff were evident everywhere. The hotel's design was innovative, stylish, and elegant, making our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was also particularly rich and of high quality. We noticed that many of the guests were international professors and students from Northeast Normal University nearby. During check-out, the hotel staff even prepared some snacks for us, showcasing their attentive and meticulous service, which left a deep impression on us. This hotel offers excellent value for money and rivals some international five-star hotels. We highly recommend it and it will definitely be our top choice for future visits to Changchun! Recommended index ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The whole family likes to go to Guoxin Nanshan very much. There are a variety of hot springs, indoor and outdoor children's swimming pools, and normal swimming pools. There are also various steam rooms and rest areas indoors. You can have a buffet for lunch and there is also a noodle restaurant. The service in the hotel room was very good, the housekeeper was very considerate and even gave the children gifts. The children were very happy. The fireworks are set off at night, so beautiful! Children who have watched the fireworks at amusement parks such as Disneyland, Oleburg, and Happy Valley also showed their starry eyes! There are performances in the hot springs. Looks like another great choice for family relaxation on the weekends! Stay one night and go home easily after breakfast the next day. A great place for the elderly and children to travel as a family. Don’t miss the bone soup ravioli for breakfast!

The gentleman at the counter helped us solve problems related to accommodation and ordering errors. We are going to continue traveling, and they provide large luggage storage. We are very grateful for their assistance when we return from the trip. Thank you again! There are also very convenient transportation. There are many buses in front of the hotel that you can take, which is very convenient for city travel! OK In addition, there are many wholesale markets in the nearby streets. NNasih AliI stayed in this hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary and all I can say is wow wow. what a amazing stay I had here. if anyone is going to this hotel I recommend you to find Sophie from the reception counter. She knows what customers like and can make your stay money worth. the hotel and rooms are very clean big and all staff are so kind and helpful first time I got the feeling of a hotel stay in Changchun. Amazing stay. I like to praise the management for the awesome job but just one thing I didn’t like is the restaurant staff is very immature running and tickling each other looks a little unprofessional in a high establishment there.
