I had a terrible experience at Atour X Changchun Station: took an hour to find the hotel & the room was not ready at 5pm cause they allowed their members to check out at 3pm to 6pm. We went out to eat and came back 40mins later to check in but was told that they CANNOT accept foreigners. They canceled our room booking & told me to find another hotel. Immediately I chatted with Trip.com staff for help. Within 5mins she changed my booking to Yatai hotel :) we were happy staying at Yatai 👍

The room was a bit tight but I managed to make space for my luggage. The hotel itself is definitely a bit old but it was fine and clean. There was adequate heating so the room was not cold even though it’s winter. Location is pretty convenient too but there are no convenience stores nearby (you have to walk about 100-200m).

The location of the hotel is very good, with convenient transportation, and it is very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The hotel's buffet breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. The service of Yingying at the front desk is very enthusiastic, the room is also very clean, and free parking is available. It is a hotel worth recommending. Tingting at the front desk is excellent!

The hotel is a bit distance from Changchun station, about 15 minutes walking distance but it's worth to stay at this place. There's actually buses from Changchun station but I didn't take it. The room and toilet in the room is clean. The water pressure is good to have a good shower! The staff in the hotel are friendly especially the 大姐who are serving the breakfast! You can always see the smiles on their face! The breakfast at the hotel is yummy too! Overall, this is a nice hotel to stay! You will never regret to stay here. Price is affordable and their service is good. Oh ya, not to forget! There's washing machine and dryer here in the hotel and it's free of charge! 😀

The next day, I had to go back to the VIP building I booked. The little sister 023 at the front desk of the VIP building opened a room for me to see the difference and whether I was satisfied. The housekeeping departments of the two buildings, different sisters were also warm, one told me the difference between the rooms, especially the problems I didn’t notice, and one found the most distinctive morning market nearby for me. I wanted to eat pork elbows, and the lobby manager recommended the nearest century-old store Zhen Bu Tong, and even called to ask if there were any pork elbows and how they were made... I was so moved It’s like home, so to speak. When I returned to the hotel after going out, it was particularly heartwarming to see the bed made at night.

There is also a full-length mirror and a place to hang clothes. The soundproofing of the room is also OK, the hot water pressure is also good, and there is no smell in the water. This stay experience is particularly good, I like this hotel very much, I have lived in Hanting in various places many times, this Hanting is my most satisfied place, and it is really too close to the train station, you can also help store luggage and collect express delivery, especially great! Before I went to pick up my luggage, the front desk lady saw that I was too cold and gave me a bottle of hot water, so don't be too intimate! ! ! I highly recommend everyone to live! ! !

You can't find the staff to pick up the station. The hotel has a subway station bus stop. It is also very convenient to take a taxi. There are quite a lot of snacks around. The room is clean and hygienic. The room sisters have a good service attitude, the front desk service is warm, responsive, breakfast variety, good taste, very recommended!
