I must give some comments on this hotel. This is the most cost-effective hotel I have stayed in in the past few years. Whether it is the hotel environment, service attitude, or location, I personally feel it is super super good. There is also a parking space. If you drive, please communicate with the hotel and there will be a parking space. In short, it is right to go to this hotel. I dare not say anything else. It is less than 1,000 yuan. I think it is right to go directly!!! I wish the boss a prosperous business!

We stayed for three consecutive nights in a deluxe twin room. The room was spacious, bright, spotlessly clean, quiet, and comfortable, offering an expansive view and excellent soundproofing. The hotel staff were exceptional; from the warm and attentive front desk reception to the helpful doormen, elevator attendants, and the diligent housekeeping team (who cleaned our room daily), everyone provided excellent service. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the restaurant was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Yitong River while dining. Dining for other meals was also convenient; the Chinese restaurant on the second floor served great food with good service, and the Riverside Craft Brewery on the first floor was a fantastic spot for BBQ, beer, and live music. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of a variety of welcome fruits delivered to our room daily. The hotel's location is superb, just over 100 meters from Haikou Road Station on Metro Line 4 and nestled right by the Yitong River. Stepping out, you're immediately on a scenic riverside cycling and walking path, perfect for morning or evening strolls, and for enjoying the spectacular Yitong River light show at night. Overall, it was an incredibly satisfying stay. A well-deserved five-star rating!

I have stayed in many hotels under the Hilton Group, but I was ”shocked” the moment I walked into the lobby - the red and green large floral cloth and large floral clothes seemed to be rubbing against my face. Really, I wanted to escape from the bottom of my heart, but I couldn't. Where is my ”garden”? Where is the clean, simple and atmospheric garden? This hotel has obviously made some ”innovations” - it turns out that Hilton's garden style should be in the same vein as farmhouses. Doesn't the Hilton Group review it? To be honest, such a jumping design may feel ”personal” in other hotels, but in the Garden Hotel, it really makes people wonder if the hotel leaders lack some aesthetics. The large floral cloth placed in the lobby really seems to have just walked out of the wedding banquet, and it can still barely make people doubt: Is this really the Hilton Garden Hotel? Don't you think it's strange? These decorations are too rustic to be used in a farmhouse, so putting them here is simply lowering the hotel's value. Do the hotel leaders think that these ”rural styles” can add points? Let me tell you, is it necessary? It's just a waste of food and there's no need to set it up. Otherwise, just arrange for the front desk staff to learn Errenzhuan, so that at least they can provide guests with some ”authentic Northeast style”, which is definitely better than this ”fancy” design. 2. Small service details greatly pull back the senses The check-in process can be said to be very smooth. The front desk service really makes me feel that they are completely fighting against the design disaster. Are these ”innovative designs” really what the leaders mean? It's really speechless. Even in the face of such unbearable decorations, the front desk still maintains a professional attitude, warm and thoughtful, and they can be awarded. Upgrading the room type, introducing the facilities in detail, and personally accompanying me to get the welcome fruit, and even sending me to the guest room elevator, is simply several levels higher than my expectations-this ”beyond imagination” service saved me from the terrible design ”disaster” and instantly restored my understanding of Hilton. The room was a large open-plan suite, with large space and no major details of hygiene. The hair was handled very well, the comfort of the mattress was really excellent, and the pillows could be chosen. But in terms of details, there was not even a charging device? Now even Hanting, Huanpeng or other affordable hotels are equipped with wireless chargers as standard, but Hilton Garden has ignored this infrastructure? Could it be that the hotel leaders' ”mind” was spent on how to add floral cloth to the lobby, and forgot the most basic guest room needs? 3. Small heartwarming details, big overall imbalance The breakfast category is rich, and the waiter in the restaurant specially sent hamburgers, which is quite thoughtful. However, the bath towels needed by the guest room can also be delivered within 15 minutes. The overall service does make people feel a little warm. At least the front desk and guest room staff do reflect a little ”temperament” of Hilton. The ”innovative” design of the hotel leaders is really eye-catching-if this is the so-called ”highlighting characteristics”, I think it is better to add some large bowls of wide noodles directly, at least it can still meet the overall positioning of ”Northeast Style”. Otherwise, when guests mention this hotel, the only impression they have will be ”Changchun Farmhouse Hilton Garden Inn - high-end Northeast China floral fabric”, and the brand image is on the verge of collapse at any time. These fancy designs really can't stand the brunt of the toss, so they should be removed immediately.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The lady at the front desk gave the children a gift when they checked in, which was very thoughtful. She also upgraded the room. The breakfast was also good, parking was convenient, and it was not far from the zoo and botanical gardens I wanted to visit. Everywhere was clean and comfortable.
