Changchun Nanguan District Hotels

I had a terrible experience at Atour X Changchun Station: took an hour to find the hotel & the room was not ready at 5pm cause they allowed their members to check out at 3pm to 6pm. We went out to eat and came back 40mins later to check in but was told that they CANNOT accept foreigners. They canceled our room booking & told me to find another hotel. Immediately I chatted with Trip.com staff for help. Within 5mins she changed my booking to Yatai hotel :) we were happy staying at Yatai 👍

When I checked in, when I checked out, all of them were other staff, and they were all friendly. The room was clean and all the necessary items were prepared, so I had a comfortable day. Namhu Park was also well seen in the room. I will stay here again next time I come to Changchun.

When checking in, I asked the front desk about the quietness of the room, and they assured me that it was the quietest place in the hotel. However, unexpectedly, the room had a false balcony, which was separated from the hotel corridor by only a partition. After checking in last night, I found that any slight movement in the corridor could be transmitted to the room, which was a great disturbance to rest and lacked the necessary privacy. Today, when my husband opened the invoice, the price on my side was 295 yuan, but the front desk insisted that it was 265 yuan. I was confused by the difference.

I rarely comment on hotels. Today, when I checked out with my partner, I saw 3 deaf-mute people. Their phones were left in the taxi. The front desk listened to them patiently and called the driver enthusiastically. Then I listened too carefully and left my clothes in the hotel, a Stussy short-sleeved shirt. I felt that I would have thrown it away as garbage in a normal hotel. I didn’t expect the hotel front desk to call me as soon as possible. I was very touched. The room was also very warm. The water delivery robot is so cute😊 The main point I want to talk about is the issue of washing. It feels very inconvenient based on my personal habits. The shower room is large, maybe too big, and the wash basin is placed outside with a clothes rack next to it, which looks awkward. The shower room and toilet are separated, but share the same door. This design is really weird. If someone is taking a shower inside, you have to squat down and open it for people to watch. There are no clothes hooks outside the shower room and there is no place to put clothes. There is a footrest missing in front of the sink, which makes it annoying for water to spill on the floor when washing. There was also breakfast. The stove in the restaurant was too low. It took more than ten minutes to cook the noodles and they still felt a bit hard. Fortunately, there were not many people eating. If there were too many guests, it would definitely be a problem. It feels like a new hotel and there are still many areas that need to be improved.

The hotel is a government reception hotel. It still has the grandeur, but the facilities are obviously old. The service is satisfactory and the hygiene is acceptable. The heating is not hot, but there is air conditioning. The breakfast is very good compared to the price. But it also focuses on Chinese food. The bread and snacks are neither good nor bad. The coffee is instant, which is a little regrettable. The most surprising thing is the hotel restaurant, which serves high-quality Northeastern cuisine. As a Harbin native, I was impressed by the pot-fried pork in Jilin. No matter the taste, quality, or quantity. For one person, the waitress said that there would be a lot of leftovers from this dish, and as she said, more than half was left. I ordered another single meal in the room, a small portion, 58 yuan, one meat, one vegetable, one soup, and one rice. All are freshly fried. Very good.

My wife and I came to Changchun for the first time. We always choose hotels from old hotels. This time we chose Blancpain Boutique Hotel. I placed an order after seeing the reviews and breakfast. When we arrived at the hotel, we first looked at the room. I need the bed not to be too soft. The front desk clerk Xiaoyue warmly welcomed me. I was very satisfied after seeing the room. The hygiene, facilities and services are very good. Xiaodu is there to answer questions. Facilities: A very traditional old-fashioned hotel with dressing tables, ironing machines, scales, etc. Many current luxury hotels are not as comprehensive as Bauhinia. Hygiene: Bauhinia's hygiene must be praised. There are no water stains on the glasses provided, and there are no water stains on the mirrors and faucets in the bathroom. The hygiene standards are quite high. Although it is an old hotel, the linens are very new and hygienic, and customers will feel more at ease. Service: Bauhinia's service is really nothing to say. It feels like spending a little money to enjoy the service of a five-star hotel. Whether it is a request for delayed check-out or requesting water delivery, it can be met in time, which is great!
