服務人員都特癟好，但是酒店設施不行，房間特別小，訂的最大的房間大行李箱都沒地方放，另外窗外就是軌道像一衹打雷，床品比較潮濕，有點就是：比較乾淨、工作人員豆比較好。缺點：房間小、不夠安靜。

剛到店時發現預訂訊息有點偏差，前台小馮迅速幫忙解決，全程耐心解釋，貼心周到。入住期間，我們房間的電視出現了信號問題，聯繫服務枱後，酒店工作人員小郭很快便趕來處理，他耐心排查故障，沒過多久就解決了問題，還貼心地詢問是否還有其他需求。後來，衞生間的馬桶出現堵塞情況，我們再次聯繫服務枱，又是小郭及時到場解決了問題。
小郭的細緻服務讓我們在入住期間倍感舒心，也讓我們對貴酒店的服務質量有了極高的認可。這樣認真負責的員工，無疑是酒店的寶貴財富。
