一、酒店包括遊玩神鹿峯，神鹿峯多項重要遊玩説在檢修，大擺錘，海盜船等重要項目多次**宣傳，5.1和5.2都不能玩，虛假宣傳！二、酒店內床上發現10隻蟲子，枕頭底下，床裏，黑色蟲子！環境衞生差！

原本預訂是山頂的房間，但長者腿腳不好，更換到山下靠近餐廳的房間。全程無論是司機師傅還是前台接待的小哥，以及酒店的每一位工作人員，都提供了耐心周到的服務。家人嘖嘖稱讚，表示還會光顧。
適老化方面，還有提升空間。比如，在房型上可以做些提示（是否適合老弱病殘孕入住），像山居房型即便乘坐酒店大巴到達後，仍要步行多級台階。
景區引導方面，也有提升空間。比如，路邊的指示牌雖然描繪了景區全貌，但並未註明遊客目前處在的位置。導致初來乍到的我們看着引導圖有些轉向。

房間非常乾淨，親子房裡的喜羊羊寶寶特別喜歡，酒店服務人員態度特別好，給提供暖氣，幫忙搬行李，還送寶寶小玩具，還幫忙找房間裏的籃球，很滿意的酒店，值得入住
