When I come back to Changchun, I will stay here again. The service is wonderful! The food in their buffet is diverse and tasty, and when I asked for some cheese at dinner, they found several varieties of it for me!

Very tired every time go up and down to get my room card working properly even after changing the room. In the room I found someone’s else trousers The toilet stucks very easily and I have to go downstairs to the toilet, extremely uncomfortable

Excellent services. The hotel is very clean and the front desk was very helpful. We also liked the breakfast served in the hotel!

The Hotel Location is ok, near to city Center. Some small restaurants nearby. Outside is currently City Hall construction site. So far ok, but could be noisy at some point. Room a little old and smaller than expected. In second day, some towels and Shower gel not refilled. Pool is ok, but the Sauna and other switched off Breakfast big selection, quality so so Would rate it 4 stars in total

Counter Check in process very quickly n efficient. Room was spacious and clean. Toiletries supply was sufficient. Location convenient with taxis. Breakfast was a good mix of both western and local dishes. Would comes again.

Whenever I came to Changchun for business, I basically stayed at Jin'an Hotel! This time, I stayed again after three years. As always, the service and food were excellent! This time, because there were elderly people, the beautiful lady at the front desk who did good things without leaving her name was very considerate and upgraded us to a very good room. It was a pleasant surprise! The elderly were super satisfied! They kept saying that this hotel was really considerate! The breakfast and dinner buffets were still of high quality! Must check in!

When I first entered the bar, the bartender was nice. He said that the parent-child room needed to be decorated, so please wait. Less than a minute later, the bartender was communicating with the manager, and I heard him asking how much the room cost. In the end, I was given an upgrade. I don't know what the upgrade has to do with how much I spent. The upgraded suite is very good, so don't upgrade me in the future. Thank you! After that, the front desk registered two children and prepared a pair of children's slippers for me. I took my child to take a bath at around 10 o'clock and found that one pair of slippers was missing. It was around 10:40 and it hadn't been delivered yet. I asked the customer service, and the customer service said to me impatiently, "I've told you, I'm done, please wait." I didn't expect that I would ask for a lot of things when staying in a hotel? This is just the beginning of the matter. I didn't expect the air conditioner in the room to be bad. It showed that it could be turned up to 35℃. I blew it for half a night, and the room temperature was not higher than 20℃. I basically didn't sleep all night. I couldn't stand it around 4:30 in the morning, so I called the front desk and sent an electric heater. The security brother was embarrassed when he entered the room. I was really impressed. The windows are leaky, the air conditioner doesn't work well, the service attitude is bad, and they even turned their heads away when I asked for a pair of slippers? Haha, this is a five-star hotel.
