首先説我在這住了7 8天 也是長春本地人 又不是遊客在家附近開的房間 帶着孩子 1:前台的服務差也真的是讓我震驚了 問個什麼頭不抬眼不睜的 2:還有連着住那麼多天 要前台送水 一天給你拿過來了 第二天續住在要💦直接給你拿二維碼上來3塊錢一瓶 咱也不知道你們酒店是怎麼管理的 要收費就統一收 一天收一天不收的 還是工作人員拿個個人二維碼上來收的錢 不先掃錢還不給你水 生怕你跑了 ！真的是太搞笑了 最後也沒有明確的告訴我你們酒店續住客人的水到底收費還是不收費！第三點就是酒店老化能理解 但是衞生真的一般 ！差評 再見👋

wifi特別不穩定，每過兩點鐘包斷一次，被迫換房間後還是沒什麼大的變化。房卡發放混亂，早上10點睡覺的時候有別的客人打開我們的房門，侵犯私隱，打擾睡眠。夜間人手不足，就一個前台，顧不到所有的住客。
環境不錯，價格不錯，房內設施不錯，wifi老化嚴重

期待較高，看了很多評價覺得不錯，東北第一站，結果是希望越高失望越大，設施老舊意料之中的事，但是從前台到客服工作人員態度沒有一個好的，到了房間衹有兩瓶水，門口就是客服人員，我説再要兩瓶，態度蠻橫的，沒有了，再要花錢去買！住了這麼多酒店，你這是第一家這樣做的！第二天去吃早餐，明明記得訂的時候是3位的套餐但是因為當時也沒截圖，告訴衹有兩位的，孩子也必須花錢，關鍵你這早餐太難吃了，花這個錢還不如門口買個早點，真是太差勁了！！！不推薦這家
