房間乾淨，前台接待人員態度和藹友善，不但給升級了房間還贈送了早餐，早餐種類也很多，乾淨衞生，味道也不錯👍從伊春回來還會續訂。

酒店地處人民廣場，雖然是鬧市，但停車位酒店能夠保障，自駕遊還比較方便，晚上還可以步行去欣賞廣場百年來的歷史建築；臨近吉林大學，浸潤着濃濃的文化氣息。

出行將近一週以來，長者説，這是住的最舒服的一晚了，設施新，服務好，就是吧，吹風機屬於一過性的，打開以後別關，關了就要等一陣子才能再開。然後就是早餐種類比較少。其他的都不錯

房間比想象中大，而且隔成了兩間獨立房間，酒店位於人民廣場附近，就是離地鐵和景區有點距離，導致本來就停留時間不長，在遊玩的路上耽誤的時間更多，但是性價比是這次旅遊住的最高的，酒店也很新，很滿意！！！

第一次住康鉑，這家酒店的服務非常好，半夜降温主動提出送被子，位置在市中心，點外賣很方便。最後我們是一早就退房了，前台還主動給了士力架和麪包讓我們當早餐吃，十分暖心。唯一美中不足就是窗户比較小，在沙發後面一開始都沒找到，但瑕不掩瑜，推薦大家來住
