環境挺好 也挺乾淨 就是酒店前台太差 定了套房沒有舒服的枕頭 告訴我沒有備用 別的房間都是四個枕頭 定了套房就兩個枕頭 半夜頸椎難受睡醒了 多花錢還睡不好 前台告訴我讓我砸兩下就不高了 再不就一句話 庫房下班了 沒有鑰匙 這麼大的酒店 倆枕頭都不能給客人…… 真是站着説話不腰疼 建議你們好好處理一下應急措施和服務吧 就這***的前台 好好培訓培訓吧
