1、在入住后客房矿泉水喝完的情况下，打电话通知到前台让帮忙送2瓶水，直到退房后也没有人员來配送，服務意識非常差。
2、退房後1小時左右撥打我手機號說我將房間浴巾使用髒了，要求賠償，理由是無法清洗乾淨
3、在我要求提出拍照給我看的情況後表示可以洗乾淨，但是需要支付10元清洗費。
首先，我覺得入住任何一下酒店，客人使用後的毛巾浴巾是都要清洗的，請問你們是要問所有你們退房後的旅客要求對方支付你們的備品清洗費嗎？我認為一家酒店的格局不至於如此，即使大環境下經濟下行，酒店的行為也不應該如此的卑劣，以這樣的方式來勒索住客。
旅客在退房後，房間所有的備品，毛巾浴巾床上用品都應該做到更換和清洗，既然我使用後的浴巾可以清洗乾淨，為什麼需要額外支付清洗費用，你們酒店的要求是客人使用後要自己將髒毛巾拿到洗衣房清洗出來是嗎？

返程時再次入住，對這家酒店滿意，旁邊還有個超大的海鮮市場和餐廳，可以買完加工，和三亞差不多，但比三亞便宜，很新鮮！
