I stayed at Hyatt Place Phoenix/Chandler-Fashion Center and overall had a decent experience. The staff were helpful and the location is convenient. However, the cleanliness of the room really needs improvement — the floor felt sandy and dusty when standing on it, which was uncomfortable. A bit more attention to housekeeping would make the stay much better.

It works, some rooms need attention to details, like cleaning under the soft, steam clean rugs after a pet stay, and sink drains slowly.

The room was super comfy for 4 of us. The patio room was open to the pool, and perfect for our pool time. Loved the bar, breakfast and snack bar. It was very close to the mall, so we were able to get our shopping done. Loved it!

Front desk, housekeeeping the staff was very accomodating, peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was nice love the fresh fruit. Pool and hot tub was awesome.

Front desk staff is amazing! Location is excellent, love using their gym and pool. Rooms are always clean and value for money is perfect. I just love staying at Hyatt Place Chandler.

This location was very easy to get to from Sky Harbor Airport. We received a warm greeting from the person at the front desk, instructions were clear to how to get to our room. As we walked to our room, we noticed how clean and refreshing the hotel was. When we entered our room, it was clean and properly maintained, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable; also there is a lot of options regarding food in the area
