This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a hotel. They overchanged us for our room and are refusing to refund the over charge. Women on the phone (who refused to give her name) was horribly rude and ended my call with a “Go to Hell”. They could not provide the double queen suite that we reserved online - that I have an email confirmation for - so we had to take a double queen room. They still charged us for the double queen suite!! On top of this, the hotel was a mess. Cockroach in the breakfast area, tub did not drain, comforter ok bed was filthy, pool not maintained. It was just generally run down and not pleasant.

SERIOUSLY! If I could rate a zero star, I WOULD! NOT RECOMMENDED!! Poorly run hotel with guest safety and security concerns. Police presence just about every night due to management of this facility rudely arguing with guests. Management at this location is uncivilized, unprofessional, barbarian at times with guests approaching with requests, issues, and concerns. I witnessed this 1st hand. Our stay was deplorable. Dirty rooms, not cleaned for days, even with 3 complaints to management. The more complaints, the more irritated and defiant management becomes. No hospitality whatsoever! This place is a trap! Don't get caught! Plenty of well competitive priced establishments in Chandler which are much better! Choice Hotels should be ashamed of branding their franchise to such arrogant, rude, and vengeful owners and management. STAY AWAY,..THE BEST STAY!!!

Right Price, great location, quiet and felt safe. Breakfast was ok also.
Downside...Towels had a stale odor, lacked the freshness that implies cleanliness. The tub retained water while showering, and that's gross. The elevator floor was dirty and gross from arrival to departure..clearly doubles as the freight elevator and had the appearance of one.

We had to extend our stay and they have been so accommodating friendly ! We appreciate the manager Lyla for working with us and helping us with the stress of relocating it's been a nightmare but Lyla has helped us and made the situation a lot better! We appreciate her great customer service and witty humor ! Highly recommend comfortable beds clean showers and hot breakfast!
