SpringHill Suites Phoenix Chandler/Fashion Center

Excellent stay!

Been my favorite hotel since then

Stayed at SpringHill Suites in Chandler in early June 2025. This hotel's rooms is in serious need of modernization / refurbishment, Staff is not interested in hearing about noisy guests running down the hall at 2am or cigarette smoke entering your room from your neighbors room, and even worse, that the parking lot in front of the hotel is not well lit, has no cameras, and has a history of auto theft and auto vandalism. On this last topic, myself and 5 other guests parked our cars right next to the lobby entrance. Someone during the night came through, removed large boulders from the landscape and smashed the windshields of all 6 autos. Apparently management heard nothing and the property management company (HighGate Mgmt) refused to acknowledge this incident. As a plus for this establishment - the breakfast was good. Beware if you are planning to stay this hotel - its not maintained well, the parking lot is not safe or monitored, and if there is an issue needing management to resolve, there is a good chance it won't...good luck

Be aware that they charge $15 for parking, which is not noted when booking. Parking is free at most hotels in the area. Staff were not friendly at all. Room was just average. Breakfast was good. I won't stay here again because of the extra fee for parking.

It happens sometimes I had reserved a King /Suite, but upon arrival, management could only offer me a handicap room with a king bed. They were very appologetic and offered me Marriott reward points as compensation. The room was clean and comfortable, just sorry they only had a disabled room to provide me.

The beds are pillow top so so comfortable The pillows are great as well Breakfast second to none best I ever had Location was great walked to Walmart and restaurants Front desk staff were excellent Pool area and jacuzzi were clean and nice area Would stay again right across from chandler fashion center Alan
