Warm and quiet, the black eldest sister at the front desk is very welcoming and meets the requirement of a higher floor and a more northerly (quiet) floor. The room on the first floor was a bit damp and moldy. The room is old and not very hygienic. The front desk clerk has been changing, Indians and whites alternate.
