Our cabin is set out in the forest of Central WI and the closest neighbor is about a football field away through the woods, but we are only a few miles from several lakes for fishing, boating and swimming. We also have access now to the hundreds of miles of the best ATV trails the mid-west. About this spaceStunning 92 acre property. Fishing, swimming, hiking, biking, birding, campfires all in an atmosphere of the great outdoors. Spacious bedroom overlooks acres of wooded scenery and landscapes of the rolling hills of Western Wisconsin. Owners home is located approx. 200 ft from cabin. A 2.5 car garage separates buildings.Second is located approximately 200 feet from Cabin however no shared areas and completely private and separate from each other.The spaceThe cabin has amenities including: small but full kitchen, thermostat controlled gas fireplace, air-conditioning, 2 deck areas, gas/charcoal grill, satellite TV, free wifi and hot tub outside off of lower deck.The peacefulness of the outdoors and the large windows to view makes the cabin inviting. The cabin was a former old granary renovated to become a charming, cozy cabin. Not uncommon to step out onto one of two decks (upper and lower), to see up close or to touch one of the friendly visitors that are known as our beloved pets which happens to be horses!Fire wood bundles are available for a fee. We supply fire starters/lighter fluid for camp fires in the evening.Guest accessGuests will have access to pond located on property walking distance from cabin. A dock, paddleboat, fishing, swimming or just sitting on one of the benches is available for guests. Guests can hike in designated areas. Guests have access to a spacious patio area to enjoy a campfire. There also hiking trails on property for guests.Other things to noteThe cabin is a perfect getaway for couples however, we welcome up to 5 guests total. Children ages 2 and older are allowed to stay, however must comply to guidelines of host. Adults and children 2 and older will be charged $30 daily rate after the base rate for 2 adults is met. Children under 2 are not charged.An additional $60 cash pet fee at check in will be charged for per pet. Second pet, if accepted by host, is an additional $60. Pet fee is based on per stay/reservation. No more than 2 pets are traveling with you will be accepted based on hosts discretion. Host will accept what pets are allowable.If guests would be interested in bringing a horse(s) we have trails throughout our property and would be acceptable in addition to pets in house. Pasture space and water is provided during the warmer seasons.
