Hi! We're A&B Mountain Properties (Alison and Brad)!! Our cabin is about 12 minutes west of Main Street BR, spacious, and has amazing layered mountain views. We love our family business and there are no chores at check-out, so you can relax! Our home is also close to Westglow, less than 5 minutes to the BRP/Price Lake/Moses Cone, and .3 mile to the Asutsi trailhead which connects you to ALL east side trails of Grandfather Mountain and is the only access point for these trails in winter.Like our other property, Mountain Flower Hideaway, it is a beautiful, amenity-rich cabin that provides guests both seclusion and a fabulous location close to Blowing Rock, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Boone and all of the treasures of the High Country. The long-range, layered views are stunning, daily sunrises are unbelievable, and the property boasts ample parking for guests and tons of outdoor space for stargazing, mountain storm watching, fires in the fire pit, grilling, and walks. The inside is no less impressive. The first level is comprised of a bedroom with a queen bed and electric color-changing fireplace. The spacious bedroom has ample closet and dresser space. The laundry room is connected to this bedroom. There is also a full bath (with tub and shower) on the first level. As for the rest of this level, there is a 75" television, ample seating for your party, as well as a library/daybed area that can be closed off with a fabric curtain for extra privacy (particularly if someone wishes to sleep in that area).Upstairs is where the kitchen and dining areas are located, as well as another full bathroom and two more bedrooms. The kitchen is a cook's dream! It is well-appointed with anything that guests could need and is pleasing to the eye with handmade counters and cabinets, as well as stainless steel appliances. We also provide you with our s'mores kit and delicious coffee. The dining area easily seats six and there is additional seating on this level to meet your needs. Near the kitchen and dining areas is a wood stove that is not intended for guest use. As mentioned, there is also a full bathroom on this level and two more lovely bedrooms. One bedroom has a full bed and the other has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have ample closet and dresser space, as well as natural light. Each bedroom has electric baseboard heat and ceiling fans. The cabin has been lovingly (and extensively) renovated, cared for, and decorated by us. Guests will be delighted with the art, books, and personal touches that are located throughout the home.
