The free (included) breakfast (3 choices) was just down the road closer to the beach. Venue was clean and friendly, helpful staff. Rooms very comfortable. We found it a bit far from the action of Hua Hin - needed a car for the 35-40 minute drive. Plenty of equivalent or better breakfast options around Cha Am for a small fee. Will stay further south next time.

The Beach Cha-am Residence is located very near the beach. Even though we were early, we were allowed to check in. Our room was on the ground floor, quite spacious and clean. There are many bars and massage parlours near the hotel. There are a lot of eateries along the beach. And there are a few halal restaurants nearby. The parking area is a distance away. It is a shared parking among several resorts.

Very good location, close to the beach. Walk out a little. The room is clean, but there are no windows. The accommodation is 4 floors, there is no elevator. There is a breakfast coupon. Eat at the restaurant next door. Just a slightly grumpy employee.

It is a suitable room for occasional breaks. There is no shuttle passing through. It is about seven kilometers from the beach. But if talking about the price and the room itself, it is considered worthwhile and very appropriate. There is parking behind the store. But the rooms next to the cafe are very beautiful. The hotel is located on a bar street, but we had a room with windows on the other side and we did not hear any noise. Since the street is narrow, it is difficult to park a car in the evening. There is no one at the reception and the door is closed, there is an ad with a phone number, they did not answer right away. It turns out that the reception is in the neighboring hotel, i.e. 1 for 2 hotels, you could immediately write where to go, so that people do not wait for an answer and do not get nervous after a long journey.
