Asia Cha-am Hotel

Stayed in Building B, the new building in the front The room was good and usable Bathroom amenities were complete, including soap, both liquid soap and bar soap, shampoo, shower cap, and hair dryer Swimming pool on the 17th floor. Beautiful view The swimming pool on the ground floor was also fun to play in, located in front of the beach There were quite a few sunbathing chairs to sit and relax The room was spacious, comfortable, well decorated, no problems There was free WiFi, you could connect right away without using a login code In terms of location, it was considered good, right on the beach, easy to get to, not complicated. At night, there was street food along the beach in front of the hotel, the atmosphere was not deserted ** I would like to recommend more about breakfast. The price was listed at the front desk when checking in as 300. When I actually got there, I was asked if the front desk had informed me it was 250 or 300. I admit that I was confused by the question, was there really a 250? (Later I realized that it might be a promotion for those who book directly with or buy at the event) Because of the confusion, I said that Didn't inform anything (actually, when checking in, we were the ones who asked the front desk that breakfast is 300 according to this sign) But when they said that, it turned out that they were charged 350 for drinks (just like that). Actually, I would like to suggest that they should make it a standard price, fair and just. It would be better if it was on the sign 300. It should really be 300. And if compared to the variety of food available in the 300+ line, it is actually quite high.

When we moved into the room, we had the shower curtain and toilet seat replaced. They were filthy. After a repair to the air conditioning, we moved into the room.  The wide beds consist of 2 beds that were placed crosswise. So you have a seam under your back. Mattresses are also hard.  Breakfast is fine.  Swimming pool on the 7th floor is wonderful. Staff very friendly and helpful

The room is generally OK. The only issue is with the mattress, it is completely impossible to sleep. A huge MINUS for the wasps on the pool, which is next to the sea. They are everywhere there!!!! I accidentally stepped on a wasp, had to go to the hospital! Having reported this incident to the reception, we did not receive any help or even an apology. They said that they would send an employee to check, BUT the friends who stayed there did not notice anyone. In general, I highly do not recommend this hotel for its negligence towards its guests! Pros, the sea is nearby. That's all!
