I booked on Trip almost a month in advance. When I arrived, they said the app had a problem and they would find me another hotel. They told me to stay at a hotel that cost 590 baht per night, but I paid over 1,200 baht for the booking. Is this a disadvantage for customers?

The location is good, the price is not expensive, but the air conditioner in the room is not cold. It takes about three to four hours to turn on to feel that the room is getting cold and cold.
